The orders are always made correctly. The new ordering system is OK, but the computer makes mistakes. But, the staff always catch it and they correct it before you get your order. Foods always hot, plenty of Condiments in the bag. Always friendly!

I went in to make sure I received what I ordered,, but that was a waste of my time. I checked my order in the car and had to walk back in to receive the right order, and no apology from the person who messed it up,...she was management, huh, smh. Sometimes, you need to slow your roll to make it right, instead of making quota.

I love going to white castle, my son loves the chicken sliders and we come at least twice a week, and we always have the pleasure of getting served by Mrs. Cynthia, she's so courteous and funny and always has the best attitude, thank you for this lovely lady.
You got to try their Breakfast it's definitely not put through the microwave I've been coming to White Castle in Clifton since they used to come out to your car for your order their burgers are still the best the service is fantastic
