I went to White Castle for a slider. In my view, the staff was rude and they did not seem to know what was occurring. The food took some time to make. The food was good, though.

Could use a younger staff. 25 min in drive thru is horrible for customers. Feels like the employees hate working here
Last 2 times I’ve been here the drive through line moved verrry slowly. Maybe 5 minutes per car so I waited 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. They use a robot for the ordering now which is fine but I get the vibe that it’s very understaffed, at least at the time when I usually go
