I went to this location and asked for a 10 piece combo meal with voodoo fries on the side. The adolescent male taking my order charged me for 2 meals with regular fries and voodoo fries. There was a miscommunication but after reviewing the order 2 times he still got it wrong!!!! He ended up printing my order 3 different times. Once i saw there was a mistake on the final order, i asked for a refund, he said didn't know how to do refunds and that their manager was not there. What kind of employee doesn't know a simple task of completing a refund? Staff is mostly teenagers who fail to represent the business, and management should consider teaching them how to complete a refund. I paid extra for something I didn’t want and this lack of customer service is unacceptable. Team should have had atleast an assistant manager there to help with refunds or mess ups.This was the male (photo taken from a previous review who had a similar experience with the same person).

Terrible experience. Kid taking my order messes up the order and charges me double for it- tells me he can’t give me a refund because his manager isn’t there and he can’t give me the food he charged me for because if I want to come back and let the manager know then they won’t issue my refund. So I have no refund or no food he charged me for. To top it all off- he sits where my food is supposed to go and then goes and chit chats to his buddies in back about my group like 3 teenagers gossiping and looking over. Now I understand it is wingstop and it is not a professional environment to work in, but come on. If I could give negative stars for service i could.
Small and cozy restaurant. The wings are delicious. I go for the Louisiana rub. Don't forget to order fries. They're awesome!!!

I called for pickup and that wasn’t good, first they leave me on call for 2 minutes without answering, then they take my order and the guy says 35 minutes, I call to cancel my order and then the lady comes in and saying the order is done, like I called at least 8 minutes after and he said 35 minutes that’s not my problem that he says 35 minutes and I cancel 8 minutes after and you come on the phone coming screaming and stuff like no. Have more respect

Terrible service. Order over the phone for pick up guy didn’t know even what the menu was. Very unprofessional talking to his co worker laughing while I’m trying to place an order. I been in a the food busy for years so I know sometimes it gets hard. But he didn’t care at all about customer service. And to top it all off didn’t even get my order right. I will never be coming here again and I will be telling others to go to another wingstop. Horrendous.Now I just called because my order was wrong ask to speak to the manager tells me no manager I ask for a supervisor a girl comes on the phone super rude. Trying to justify that the kid is training which is why he got the order wrong instead of accommodating or coming to a compromise with the customer.
