When Chef June came to our table and found out it was our first time at her restaurant she said get the meatballs. Then she read my mind, nobody makes meatballs as good as my mothers. Oh but I was wrong. The meatballs started off what proved to be one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Beware, the portions are ginormous. You can definitely go splitsies. Thank you for a great meal Chef June. Can’t wait to return!
Perfect little gem in White House Station to have a nice dinner for two or a group. The food was amazing…The staff so accommodating and friendly.. The mussels were to perfection. A must order is the pork chops with gnocchi. Portion are plenty but save room for dessert(Limoncello Cake heavenly)
Great food, definitely will be back some time soon
Incredible, as usual. Food is outstanding and Chef June really makes it feel like we're eating in her home. Love this place.
Chefs Table is phenomenal, every time. On this visit we had the antipasto, fried calamari, and burrata for appetizers. All were extremely flavorful. The chicken raquel was perfect. I cannot recommend the food here enough!
Delicious is the only way to describe, huge portions. People are great!
Fantastic Italian cuisine! Chef June and her lively personality are just the icing on the cake! Must trys: Meatball app, Chicken Parm, Gnocchi Sorrentina, Chicken Piccatta and the Broccoli Rabe & Orecchiette!
We attended a dinner and wine tasting between Chefs Table by June Tuttobene Cuncina and Riverside Wine & Liquors. When meeting Chef June she is a bubbly individual who has a passion for her food and restaurant. The seven course was paired with wines from around the world. The 1st course was Fried Calamari Salad with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, Gorgonzola cheese and Italian dressing. This was an alternative to the routine Calamari with sauce . I have to say it was very good. Second course, Mussels Bianco bathed in a lemon garlic wine sauce. The PEI mussels were plump and free of grit. The wine sauce was delicious when dipping a piece of Italian bread. Third course Salmon Piccata with asparagus, capers and lemon. Fourth course Cavatelli with sausage and broccoli rabe, sundried tomato and garlic oil. This dish fills you up fast so it's best to share. Fifth course is Chef June's Famous Sirloin Meatballs, which is a family secret. Sixth course is Chicken Parmigiana with homemade Mozzarella and basil marinara sauce. They meatballs were gigantic. Finally, limoncello cake with Mascarpone white frosting and fresh blueberries. It was a delightful evening and best to go with a group of family and friends. It's byod with plenty of parking and easy access to route 22 on and off. Come hungry.
I have been to this restaurant a few times (it's never enough) and each time I am blown away by the creative brilliance of Chef June! As an Italian, I can assure you, I have had some of the best meals of my life with family and friends...but never have I tasted anything as close to my nonna's food like I have with Chef June - no there restaurant has come close. The moment you walk through the door, Chef June & Greg treat you like family. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
Hands down best Sauce I have ever had in a restaurant. All food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

The Mussels Rosso were by far the best my wife and I have ever had. Outstanding dinner date!
Friendly owners, great service, and fantastic food on a very busy Saturday night. What more is their to say, other than, have reservation on the weekend!
Everything is good here,is an understatement. "Welcome to my house!" Is the first thing you'll hear from Chef June when you walk in to her restaurant. A phrase you don't often hear. It means taking ownership of everything that leaves her kitchen. And it shows. From the wonderful aromas, delicious dishes to the friendly atmosphere you'll have an authentic Italian experience. All the food we ordered was freshly cooked and brought out immediately. Plenty of time in between courses. I loved that there is so many sauce choices. Seafood was plump with all the texture of precise cooking times. Chicken was tender and juicy. Meatballs definitely on point. The portion sizes are very generous.Desert choices were great. We had the cannoli cone, chocolate moose cake, Italian cheesecake, and pistachio tartufo. All traditionally made and a perfect ending for our meal.BYOB. Handicap parking and entrance.
Ordered spaghetti and meatballs should be a no brainer for an Italian restaurant. Well forget about this place not only was the sauce a one note flavor and the meatballs over seasoned the meat was raw. Gee do they want there patrons to get sick?
The food was good. Our waiter was great. The reason I am only rating at a 2-3 is that NJ restaurant capacity is only 35% and clearly the capacity that night was at least 80% if not more. Loud and tighter seating than it should of had. Also, the owner came by the table to talk to folks without wearing a mask. Continued to chat without a mask. She made it clear she didn’t regard Covid as serious as it is portrayed nor the mask mandate. Disappointing during a pandemic We will wait to go back. Not worth the risk.
