Used the drive in first time using this place because my other Dunkin Donuts is being renovated. Order was taken and received quickly and accurately.. Coffee was perfect and food was delicious. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only thing I’m not fond of is that this place has a kiosk. At least you can still talk to a human over the intercom giving your order using the drive in.

I have always used the drive thru and have always been very pleased. I order usually with the mobile app and then pull into the drive thru. There are two lanes but rarely are they both full. The people at the window are the nicest drive thru workers i have ever met (which is why I'm writing this review). When i went there today, the woman working the window was so nice that i realized I've never been met with rudeness or anything negative when coming through this Dunkin. I'm usually using the drive thru at this location once every other week. They move the cars along quickly, make small talk with you while handing the food out, and are generally good people. Thank you!

Got donuts and a drink. We went in to order cause we stopped and got gas at the station beside it. They don't take orders at the counter. You have to put your order in at a kiosk first.

I frequently order food from here and try to get myself a matcha every other week. Going through the drive through is perfectly fine but everytime I DoorDash a matcha they give me a large cup with milk. I don’t know why they only provide good service when it’s face to face, maybe they don’t care about how your stuff comes out if they don’t have to look at you but I’m disgusted with the amount of money I’ve spent here and the lack of quality control in drink making. If I could give negative stars I would. Will be telling everyone I know to stop coming here.
This Dunkin’ is surprisingly deceiving. From the outside, it looks like a typical Dunkin’ store—but once you walk in, you're greeted not by staff, but by a wall and a self-service kiosk. The employees are tucked around the corner, so there’s no warm or welcoming vibe when you enter.
We placed our order on the kiosk, which was fine. But when our name was called, we were handed a bag with two doughnuts—not the marble ones we ordered, but vanilla replacements. We agreed to take the vanilla replacement.
There were no tables to sit at, because this location doesn’t offer any, so we went back to our car. When we opened the bag, we realized the two doughnuts weren’t even the same: one had sprinkles and the other didn’t.

I ordered 2 hash browns they only gave me when i asked for another one they refused to do so even though i paid for it. The drink there was disgusting no sugar no milk at all.
