I ordered at the kiosk and waited 10 minutes before speaking up and asking where the dozen donuts I ordered were. They were solely focused on drive thru and a dozen cars that came by after I ordered, you can see out the window, were taken care of. When I did ask for my order it was as if I was an annoyance.

This place used to be super nice, it still is if you get the morning shift. But in the evening they suck. Almost every single time I've ordered something they get it wrong; doesn't matter if it's online or verbal. This time I orders 2 Iced Pumpkin Chai Lattes, I get my drinks, the sticker on them is right, but some how it's pumpkin coffee in not one but both? Again if this was a one time thing it'd be annoying but whatever but it has been multiple times now where they've given me someone else's order or messed up mine. I really don't get it.

I went to redeem my rewards points and could not for the life of me figure it out. The girls at the window were so helpful and were able to help me figure it out. 10 out of 10 for service and kindness.

This is a no cashier Dunkin facility. Yiu can either use the drive-through or order through the kiosk. We used kiosk, but the problem was that some of the options were not available, like we wanted to get a bag of 10 munchkins, all chocolate, but the kiosk only has a mixed version only. But the rest are OK. Guys working are very nice to talk to. I actually spilt the chai tea Latte, in the car, so I just picked up all the spilt Latte with the tissue and came in to throw the cup, but the dunkin guy realized something had happened and he too my cup to throw it away and got me a new large chai tea Latte. Veey pro active. The only issue is that there is no ample parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to enter the store. And they have drive thru. Plus gas station on site.
Great place to get a quick bite when traveling by. Unfortunately, when we went there, they had just closed their ovens so we couldn't get any food. They also don't have any seating inside. It's just pickup and drive thru. Also, you can only order from the self-serve screen for pick up inside the restaurant. Keep these in mind if stopping here
