The afternoon shift at this dunkin is honestly horrible, morning is perfect and the best at atmosphere but when you have ONLY high schoolers working it’s a mess. The drink i ordered they had to remake because it was literally so awful and sour and the kid was looking on how to make it ON HIS PHONE right in front of me. I mean it’s just crazy in the afternoon but don’t get me wrong I LOVE THE MORNING SHIFT AND everyone that works there in the morning is wonderful.

I wish they would learn how to make a late and Macchiato appropriately. Every time I get a hot drink here it feels half full because they use way too much foam. Horrible. $5 for a half cup of milk and espresso and half foam.

This dunkin is hit or miss. Tonight whoever was working dumped the donuts 22 minutes before closing. They were all just sitting at the top of the garbage and it was such a waste and 22 minutes is so early. Especially driving all the way to get one. I get workers trying to leave but at least save some of the actual food at least until 5 minutes before closing so it's not a total waste

I swing by early morning for my coffee before work and i will say the team here Jenny, Pamela, & the other two guys are always on top of it. The orders are ready to go for everyone so we all just pull up and on with our day. Everything is always delicious and warm, the drinks are prepared just right and ready to go, what more can you ask? Best Dunkin

Arrived here at 830pm on a Monday. The door was locked and the yiung teenagers working inside ignored me. All the donuts were gone, byt the sign on the door said they closed at 9pm.
If the owners read this, please know that this isn’t the first time. Its happened to me a few times. Several customers were outside with me wondering why these kids closed early.
Your night ahift is costing you money and customers. What happened to all the hardworking Filipinos at this location? This never happen a few years ago. These lazing kids are costing business to lose revenue. They cost you 30 min a day / 3.5 hours a week / 14 hours a month that your store is not doing business. Sad

I stopped here while I was going on that way. Location is near interstate, easily accessible , staffs are attentive , but the cappuccino was very cold and did not liked a bit . Noticed after I took the car and no time to go back to get it fixed, had to through the whole thing and waste of money.

It's 849 and Dunkin is already closed. Got off the highway for a coffee and was turned away. One star for Dunkin but thankfully McDonald's sticks to their online hours and was open.
