Great customer service! Manager Jen is extremely helpful.
Summary - Good food, inconsistent service.
Food is usually really good. Had a recent bad experience when told that coffee would not be refilled @ noon because they might not sell much more. I asked if they were being serious?. 1 cup probably pays for an entire pot after the mark-up. Such a short sighted and stupid response. I can understand taking this approach later in the day (up until someone asks for coffee with their bagel). Now you have a unsatisfied customer...read full review
