Make sure you stand by the "Order here" sign; otherwise, you won't be asked if you need help. We stood by the counter, waiting for someone to take the order, and a person who just walked in got served before us, even though we were the only ones there until that point. My husband and I ordered pastrami, bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. The bacon was well done like we asked. I asked for no egg on mine, and when we looked at the receipt, we noticed that his with the egg cost an extra $3. $3 for an egg is insane! Overall, the bagels were good.

Very friendly great service and excellent bagels!! I’m not a fan of carbs but I decided to try their bagels for school breakfast and I wasn’t disappointed! They are so good!!
They also made Pork rolls or ham egg and cheese for our school breakfast order (as we were hosting a breakfast) and they were a super hit with the kids!! They gave a 10% discount for the order and gave us a dozen bagels free!! Five stars for everything - food and service. Our large order was packed and ready to go at 7:30am in the morning!!

Careful the. Vegcream cheese is 9 dollars for 8 oz. She didn't bother to mention that when she put it in my bag. I got two Bagels and 1 container cream cheese cost me $12 and i put the cream cheese on myself I seen the look to lady . you are not slick. Your food is good but the workers there suck
I got an order from them through an app designed to help restaurants recoup some of the losses they would experience from leftovers, while simultaneously reducing food waste. I stood at the counter a few minutes and would have appreciated some acknowledgement from them, it felt kinda of rude to me (but I have spent the last 15 yrs in Texas- where everyone is almost too friendly). Although they seemed a bit grumpy at first, they were more friendly after a few minutes (I think I might have shown up while they were in the middle of preparing an order for someone. )The surprise bag I purchased was very generous! And the food was tasty. i picked this up before I planned dinner and was able to use the bread/rolls with dinner. And the muffins were a perfect dessert!I'll be trying bagels as a snack later on today!
