I ordered buttered pecan, it tasted artificial. My daughter had the peanut butter chocolate, it was only chocolate. The scoop size were different too. Some filled the cup, some were half the size! I used to love getting ice cream here. Disappointed!

The soft serve ice cream is grainy and flavorless. It also leaves a strange texture in your mouth after eating. I have gone twice - once when they first opened and again this week and gotten their soft serve and had the same experience both times. Their hard ice cream and service is great but something is wrong with their soft serve process.

Good ice cream and what a cute atmosphere. Happy they had some seasonal flavors. Some issues were I asked for soft serve and the machine was off. Since I couldn’t get my vanilla I figured u would get hard ice cream. I did not see it in the case. Same with chocolate.
