I came to this McDonald's after calling ahead to confirm they had a specific happy meal toy in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that they had it and that I could drive on over to purchase it. When I arrived I was told that I had to purchase a happy meal to get the toy, but that I would still be able to get the specific toy. My little cousin is 7 and the toy is her favorite character and she's been trying to find it for weeks. I had purchased toys alone before but had no problem purchasing the meal. When I got to the first window a woman in blue lipstick quickly caught an attitude and told me that she would not ensure I received the specific toy. I had done this numerous times in the past and never had a problem. Each McDonalds location only has one or two of each toy at a time, so it's not hard to dig through the pile to make a kids day. The woman with blue lipstick was incredibly rude and refused to help me make my cousins day. Will not be returning.

I am giving this 4-stars for fast food. You can’t really compare fast food to “real food” (well I can’t, at least).
I started to use the app for discounts and special deals. It make it more affordable and is easy to use. Wait times are reduced because I order ahead.
This location is a little wonky since there is construction going on at Route 31, so be careful.
Overall, it is a good place for fast food.

Worst customer service.. I am from Canada and I stopuby for coffee .. this location is not hygiene . And they are rude to customers by saying sorry we don't have it

Hi best experience at a McDonald's in the dining room on 08/02/25 during breakfast. I didn't catch the name of the lady taking orders and packing orders for front counter but she was lovely and kind. I appreciate her positive attitude really lifts the atmosphere. :)
The service was good and the food was decent. The men's bathroom only had one urinal and it wasn't working though. The stall also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. No paper towels available either.

I couldn’t believe what I experienced today at this McDonalds. Never in my life has something so strange and preposterous happened at a fast food restaurant. I’m a very reasonable person when it comes to any service industry as I’ve worked in it for many years. Today I pulled up to the drive through speaker in a fairly long line around dinner time. I was greeted and started to take my order - when suddenly after taking my first item I was told “can you hold on a second” and I said sure no problem. A minute or two goes by and then I see them start taking the next lanes order. Okay? Maybe they skipped that side and wanted to go back and make it right. Then I proceeded to see the next person go in that lane… and then another… still without any returning communication. That’s when I decided to just drive out of the line and take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s again. Absolutely mind blowing.
