There’s not enough good things I can say about neo sushi. From the food to the atmosphere everything is perfect! What really sets it apart however is the owners and staff, they’re amazing and make you feel special. The hibachi and sushi is some of the best i’ve had, and to find it right here in clinton, so close to home is a treat I think everyone should cherish. If you haven’t tried neo sushi yet please do, you won’t regret it!!
This place has been great service and food always, for those that don’t really like the Americanized fried sushi served by the usual restaurants,no worries, as they have fresh nigiri and sashimi. The some of the rolls may feel a little pricy at the start, but they make it promptly and it doesn’t feel like you are getting cheap out.

Being treated to a tiny salt bomb in my Eel Fried Rice in addition to a few pieces of rubbery, very browned egg gave me the impression that they did not mix frequently enough when cooking it. I was not fond of the texture of the peas and carrots, either. I am used to sweet potato being less raw when in a roll, but their choice does give it an interesting snappy texture. The restaurant did begin making my order rather promptly, so getting the food was quick.
