Now this is a Sun Sandwich. Old School never gets old here. Right when you walk in the door, the smell brought me back to th 80's. The freab meats and oil and vinegar fill the air. They not only fill the air, but your sandwich too..packed to perfection..the bread was fantastic. Staff was great. Cannot wait to get back. They definitely earn a spot on the Scary Good Eats App..a must stop in Clinton, New Jersey.

If your in Clinton, NJ this is THE PLACE to enjoy several deliciously composed slices of heaven ? ? ? ? ? on a exquisite roll ?(maybe even the entire food group ?)! The customer service was straightforward, & the food came out lighting fast! You can really sense the enthusiasm in this place, & I liked it! Additionally, the price was right! ?

I'm 50 yrs old. Been coming here most of my adult life. Best subs anywhere... I was proud to come back to Clinton for a visit and use them for a reception we had for family. They were friendly and easy to organize with and the subs were out of this world. THANKS SUB-BASE!!!!

Driving from Nashville to Boston and we got hungry - 50 year old sandwich shop? YES PLEASE! And it did NOT disappoint! We split the Italian and it was frickin AMAZEBALLS. Wish I was a local!!! Thx for the good eats! 😛
