My wife has been telling me about this place for a little over a year and we finally went for my birthday with my son n wife and we were so excited it was a beautiful interior and atmosphere but unfortunately the service was awful and we go out alot. The place was not even busy . It was truly disappointing consider we are both bartenders and servers ourselves.

This once used to be an excellent restaurant who I would recommend to everyone. However, the last few visits, I’ve noticed a decline in food and service. The rolls that they gave us tasted freezer burnt and the penne vodka was just not the same. Not to mention, the menus are always crumbled up and gross. The service was extremely slow and they did not even have straws. Sadly, We will not be back.

We hosted my daughter’s wedding shower at Bistro di Marino this past weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful. Gina was fantastic to work with—so accommodating, and very helpful throughout the planning. On the day of the event, we had access to both the indoor space and the beautiful outdoor courtyard, which made for perfect photos. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us as we decorated (including vacuuming up our floral mess!). They provided ice buckets for our champagne, opened the bottles for us, and were attentive the entire time. The food was not only delicious but also plentiful, and they thoughtfully packed up all the leftovers for us to take home. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Bistro di Marino for both dining and special events.

Incredibly disappointed doesn't begin to describe our visit. This is a place our family has gone to for years, even had our wedding reception there years ago. They've been on a slow decline over many years - constantly making changes that never seem to benefit the customer, increasing prices more than anywhere around, and while food declined somewhat over the years, it had been decent. We've gone less as frankly the quality and portions didn't justify the price relative to the nearby competition. However, we decided to go and it had been a while so we were looking forward to our visit. Several of us ordered the chicken parmesan and penne vodka and could not believe how bad they were, at a level I couldn't have fathomed and at a higher price than any anywhere else we've gone in the area. The chicken tasted like it was poor quality that they pounded really thin as their only way to attempt to correct it's toughness, it was very heavily breaded and over cooked to the point of being really tough, crunchy, and dry, then the thin pieces were pasted together with cheese for an incredibly unpleasant lump of dry, tough, crunchy chicken, breading, and cheese. The red sauce was pleasant but too little and too late to save it. The penne vodka tasted like absolutely nothing at all, just pasta tossed in cream with enough tomato product to add a pink hue. Then for dessert, at the beginning of the night they only had three dessert options left, two of which had nearly run out. I'm sorry to say, but this was absolutely the last time we'll ever step foot in Bistro di Marino, next time we'll just go down the street and get far better in just as nice a restaurant for less.

Second time here this year. We were here to meet friends and unfortunately it was suppose to be the 10th not the 9th! 🙆♂️
Well. . . . we'll be here again tomorrow for another fabulous meal! Bon Appétit !!

Subpar experience.
They were out of at least 6 menu items, and wasn’t told up front. Had to order, wait till they got to the kitchen, and have the waiter come back with a menu and being told pick something else. Then the food took an extraordinarily long time to come out, we were a party of 10. But a party of 8 behind us that arrived after us got their food before us.
The food was delicious, every plate was well made.
When we ordered dessert it was brought with no spoons, the first waiter we told did not bring any, the second waiter had to bring some.
And at the end, the split checks were a mess. We told them to split them from the beginning, he decided to do it at the end, and then brought the checkbook with all the receipts in there, expecting us to figure it out. Instead of giving the split checks to each party.
Service was terrible for it being advertised as fine dining.

Stay away from this place!! First, get some new menus please! They are all cracked and beat up looking. Definitely not what you would expect at a nice Italian restaurant. Olive Garden probably has nicer looking menus. The appetizers were pathetic! Shrimp wrapped with pancetta were 4 very small shrimp and NO pancetta. The calamari was suppose to be served with cherry peppers, didn't see any on the plate. My veal dish for $35 had zero flavor. Definitely won't return.

I had my bridal shower here this past weekend, and it was truly everything I hoped it would be! The venue itself was absolutely beautiful—elegant, clean, and such a perfect setting to celebrate with family and friends. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Gia was awesome to work with—she was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire planning process feel so easy. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The waitstaff was also fantastic—attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. Overall, the service was exceptional from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place for any special event, or even just dinner!

Great experience every time. Good food and lovely atmosphere. Known for their gnocchi - they have the gnocchi misto- a sampler of any three types.

Amazing service and terrific food but the best part was when the gm Christa went out of her way to visit with every table on a super busy night.

Chris, our server, was excellent, making food recommendations and frequently coming to our table for follow up. We started with shared appetizers of fried calamari and whipped ricotta with fig jam and crostini. Both were delicious. My linguine with succulent clams in white wine and garlic/EVOO was very tasty and the portion size was plentiful, so much so that I had to take some home with me.

This place was unfortunately a let down. The food was very mediocre for the price and the service was just okay.
