I had a baby roach in my coffee check up your lids people is was awful to find it thanks God something told me to add suger as I always do and I discovered the roach smfh

You owe me a coffee the young boy didn't put my expresso shot in my coffee the Indian guy told him to do it and he said shut up an I thought he put it in it and he didn't my coffee is water I know when I have expresso. You owe me a coffee! You so worried about making sure I get exactly 10 munchkins so bad but then you want to rob me of my expresso shot. The Indian guy should be ashamed of himself because I thought he took pride in good customer service but I was wrong.

I stopped here on a weekday morning in March 2025. The place was crowded but the lines moved swiftly. Better than expected in terms of food and service. The problem is that there are vagrants and panhandlers roaming around, making it feel unsafe.

they make the best coffee and any donuts place I ever been . they have a great manager there. they make good iced coffee and donuts are fresh
Extremely upset employees rushing to get the food out so maybe this is why but my food was old from a previous order my coffee as well the whole order tasted horrible so another wasted trip to this dunkin location it’s frustrating the inconsistency with Dunkin’ Donuts from the Franchise locations versus the corporate locations
