As someone with over 20 years in the fine dining industry, I understand and respect the purpose of cancellation policies. They help protect restaurants from last-minute no-shows and lost revenue. We had our wedding at Hearthside over the weekend and were completely blown away by how amazing the day went. The food was unbelievably delicious and the staff’s attention to detail was incredible! Planning everything with them was so simple and enjoyable. Every request was met with a yes. Even our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the space, food, and staff. We can’t thank everyone at Hearthside enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!
