THE WORST!!! WE BOUGHT A PAINTING IN NOVEMBER 2024 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! KEPT MY $300. REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!! I WOULD RATE THEM A -5!!!!!!
I first saw them on facebook and I tried to reach out but I didn’t get a response but i figured I’d go check them out and I wasn’t disappointed!! I got a beautiful dresser from them. It’s only Jim and his coworker but they were amazing! They delivered my dresser and was very careful about it. Thank you!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I paid for items the owners stated they would hold onto them as I couldn't find a bed I liked to go with the Bombay antique dresser, double highboy Bombay chest, and glass door enclosed cabinet; in addition they were waiting to do the paint color once I chose a bed so they would somewhat match which was the reason for them holding all of it until I found a bed I truly loved that would work for my medical issues.
I have left multiple messages over the past few years, many over just the last 3-4 months and yet I get no responses. HOW HARD IS IT TO RETURN A PHONE CALL?? It is obvious they were more than willing to take my money, and yet the only deduction I can come up with for the lack of response is that they resold the items, even though I was told they would have my name on them and be kept in a back storage area WITH SOLD TAGS ON THEM.
I have been trying again and again to talk to the owners, I spoke to the husband once, who stated he would have his wife call...absolutely no calls back. I have left messages via their different platforms and again no response. And if course all I get is their answering machine, no one ever picks up the actual line.
I have the bank statements showing the payments, yet I have received nothing for what I paid. At this point I just want a full refund since I clearly cannot get anyone to call me back. My name, number, and address have not changed since first contacting them and paying for the various items, and I made sure these were included in all my correspondence.
Interesting how they can't seem to contact me and now I have no choice but to make others aware of their shameful business practices. At this point I have no recourse other than to continue to post this on as many sights as possible, so others are aware.

This table is beautiful. Exactly what we ordered and well packed for shipping.
This business does not care about their costumers at all. We ordered a bed and specifically stated that we wanted it painted white or we would not buy it. This was mentioned numerous times during our conversation. The owner agreed and told us that she’ll get us done for us within a few days. It took them almost 2 weeks to deliver the bed. They delivered it and it was not painted. They told me I never said anything about painting it a different color. That’s a straight up LIE. There was no apologies, no nothing. In fact they accused me of lying and said I never asked for it. They didn’t feel bad at all. They didn’t try to fix the issue. Offered nothing. No help. Money is not a problem and I would have paid more if needed. They don’t value their costumers and it’s a shame. My family has been buying furniture from them for years and this is the kind of treatment we get. The whole situation was mean on their end. I’m in disbelief how they run their business and get away with this type of treatment.
We specifically asked in our order that the item be delivered into our house to an upstairs bedroom. Our request was totally ignored and they selected a shipper who will dump the item outside our house (during Winter). I now need to figure out how to get the item into our home. I wish that companies would care enough about the customer to think about the entire order process. This lack of customer empathy has left a real sour taste in our mouths.
I bought shelving and a refurbished dresser almost a year ago. The dresser has 7 drawers of which I can only open 3. I have contacted them multiple times to come and fix it, but they do not respond and have not fixed it. This is unusable junk in my house that I spent a lot of money on. The shelving unit has wallpaper in back with a very noticeable seam and is crooked. This is over priced and I have gotten better quality pieces from people selling refurbished furniture on Facebook market.
Wow. Garbage work and craftsmanship. The furniture itself is okay but been worked on by the wrong hands. Been sanding for days just to repaint and get it work right. Subpar hardware that I will have to replace. I overpaid. Stay away…
Very happy with my experience with them. Bed is beautiful.
I ordered furniture from them on Etsy; spent a couple grand. Big mistake. No communication from them; no response to messages about when they would ship. Then, Jim messages, 'We will let you know... we are expecting a shipment next week'. This made no sense. Did they not have the stuff they sold me? More silence in response to my questions. Then they said that they were painting the furniture. Suspicious, that they actually didn't have the furniture, I asked for a photo. No response. Last Monday, they messaged, 'We will send you photos by Friday.' Friday and Saturday passed, no photo. When I pressed for a ship date, Jim responded, 'Next week....' which, I pointed out, is not a date. No response. Ultimately, I contacted my credit card fraud department. They said they refunded me today. I'm hopeful but skeptical. No credit has yet appeared im my account. These people are sketchy. Their 'store' is sketchy. Run away

Horrible customer service. Just try to find someone to wait on you. They act like they're doing you a big favor by acknowledging your presence. Since I was just shopping there for Dixie Belle products, I'll drive a longer distance just because to get better service.

It is a beautiful piece. There are a few negative things I experienced to knock it down to 3 stars:
Horrible customer service. I walked in to the place and looked around, and couldn't seem to find anyone working there. I did find their half eaten lunch. After looking for someone and wandering around the place I was "greeted" by a lovely lady who didn't look up from her phone the entire time I was talking to her. After finding out that virtually none of the prices of the stuff is available in store I visited the website to find out that everything is price gouging at best. The best part of this place is leaving it.
