They never have pretzels ready for customers to purchase and their pretzels are not fresh they freeze them then stick them in a boiling pot of water then bake them like no that’s not a Philly pretzel. I miss the old pretzel factory on 4 th street in north Philly . This is what it always looks like

They made a small pretzel tray for me last minute for a party! It was a hit and the guests ate them all! The pretzels held up well on the drive down to Baltimore too. Thank you so much for coming through for us!

I would give 0 stars if I couldHad 5 baked sheets of pretzel nuggets but couldn’t do a party tray without 24 hour notice real disgrace cause they don’t want to make more young lazy kids at there finest….

Place always run by kids who have no idea what they are doing. Pretzels never ready and you always have to wait. Place has gone downhill for sure. Go to a different location.

Pretty bad customer service. I went there to grab a few pretzels only to be ignored by the entire staff. For over 5 mins I made eye contact with every staff member and no one bothered to say "I will be with you in a min." Some were too busy playing on their phone then helping.
