The closing time that Google provided was for 3pm on Sunday 1/18/26 my boyfriend & I arrived in front by 2:38pm & there was a closed sign in front with the employees walking to the back of the store.. if the closing time is 3pm abide by that so customers don’t waste their time.

They never have pretzels ready for customers to purchase and their pretzels are not fresh they freeze them then stick them in a boiling pot of water then bake them like no that’s not a Philly pretzel. I miss the old pretzel factory on 4 th street in north Philly . This is what it always looks like

They made a small pretzel tray for me last minute for a party! It was a hit and the guests ate them all! The pretzels held up well on the drive down to Baltimore too. Thank you so much for coming through for us!
We got the lemonade of the week as well and it was delicious!

I would give 0 stars if I couldHad 5 baked sheets of pretzel nuggets but couldn’t do a party tray without 24 hour notice real disgrace cause they don’t want to make more young lazy kids at there finest….

Place always run by kids who have no idea what they are doing. Pretzels never ready and you always have to wait. Place has gone downhill for sure. Go to a different location.
