I would give 0 stars if I couldHad 5 baked sheets of pretzel nuggets but couldn’t do a party tray without 24 hour notice real disgrace cause they don’t want to make more young lazy kids at there finest….

Place always run by kids who have no idea what they are doing. Pretzels never ready and you always have to wait. Place has gone downhill for sure. Go to a different location.

Pretzels are not on my radar. I don't think about them. But then someone suggested getting soft Philly pretzels and we were just about to drive through this part of town when I remembered this place... We walked in just as they were taking out a hot fresh batch. OH HOLY SALTY PUFFY BREAD IN TWISTY SHAPES. We were in our car 2 minutes later and devoured half of them in less than 5 minutes. I may have to waddle back at some point.
Pretty bad customer service. I went there to grab a few pretzels only to be ignored by the entire staff. For over 5 mins I made eye contact with every staff member and no one bothered to say "I will be with you in a min." Some were too busy playing on their phone then helping.

Ok closes way to early and opens way to late, but the staff is very pleasant and make it a nice experience anyway. Would be 5 stars if the hours were better.
