Jan-2025. Didn’t make a stop here this visit as my last few stops had been sub par. The Baristas just weren’t that engaging. Shame as this was a cooler place, maybe next time if I don’t have time to get to Burlington NJ, it’s worth the time if you have it. Sorry Revolution, maybe Management will invest better time with their staff.

The service was garbage - dude has a nasty attitude he is a poor reflection of the coffee shop. I’m not sure how someone can remain employed after various negative reviews. Better yet, someone like him should work back bar so he is away from the general population. The coffee was mediocre. Not very impressed all around. Disgusting .

Came here to order coffee and the barista who took our order and make our lattes was SO RUDE. He seemed so bothered and we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Never coming back to a service like that.

A lovely small coffee shop in the heart of Collingswood. Delicious latte & friendly people. Only thing I wish was different is the entrance - there is no way to bring a stroller inside due to a step (hint: moms love coffee, too!) I was lucky to have a family member stay outside with the baby.

I don’t get the hype behind this coffee shop.
Staff is very unwelcoming and rude. The guy at the counter quote “ugh I only made $1”. The tables and chairs were dirty and full of crumbs, which shouldn’t be the case since I went at opening.
The tables are small if you’re looking to do work here or bring your laptop. Wouldn’t come back here nor recommend.

I used to visit monthly to pick up coffee beans because I think they have some of the best coffee around. Unfortunately, the customer service is seriously lacking. The staff always seem unwelcoming, as if you're bothering them just by coming in. At first, I thought it was just me, but after reading other reviews with similar complaints, I realized it’s not an isolated experience. Definitely disappointing!

I’m very confused on the high ratings this place has gotten.
Let’s talk about the initial experience. We walked in amongst other customers and immediately we were ignored. I do want to mention that we were the only POC, could that be the reason? Maybe.
The lady taking our order was rude and very dismissive. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot of espresso, a very simple order and she looked at me with disgust and rolled her eyes. If you want to be in an industry where you are serving people, then having basic people skills are crucial.
I thought maybe I was being irrational but I waited to see how the next group was treated, and that reaffirmed my experience. They were asked about their day, what they would like, and if they needed anything else. I hope the team re-evaluates their interactions with all customers and tries to do better.
If I am speaking on the coffee itself, there’s nothing special about the quality of the coffee nor the syrups. You cannot taste any of the sweetness and to make matters worse the energy of the cafe is very dull.
But try it for yourself…..

We live nearby and visited this coffee shop on a whim over the weekend. We ordered lattes with a variety of flavors and could not distinguish any difference between them. Perhaps the team can work on enhancing the flavor offerings and train employees on polite service. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and standoffish - it felt like we were being a bother for being in the cafe despite being paying customers. We approached the counter to ask for sugar given we couldn’t taste any vanilla in our coffees and the lady behind the counter looked at us with disgust.. safe to say we won’t be returning, plenty of delicious coffee with warm service in the area!

Went in to grab coffee at this place for the first time and my oh my I don’t think these people have ever heard of service with a smile. At least not in my experience, I tried to brush off the distasteful work staff here but anytime I maneuvered to grab some napkins or straw they ogled at me. I asked the barista to add in some sugar to my coffee but she stated that was done behind the counter. So be it, may be their way of working but it did not make sense to me that she was so comfortable to put my coffee lid face down on the counter and proceed to expect me to use it…. The interior needs serious work and the service was 0/10!!! I would not recommend coming here if you have taste or expect a pleasant experience.

For all of you that have had an icky experience with the cranky bun wearer, I would love to validate you. The coffee is delicious, however, my husband and I decided to stop going there because of multiple douchey encounters with this creep.

Myself, wife, and Yorkie (Prince) come here 2-3 times per week. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We usually get a hot dark roast black coffee and a small black cold brew. Sometimes the staff already is preparing as they see us gra a table outside!

I highly recommend Revolution for your coffee and social setting needs!

This was my second time to Revolution and both times were great. The iced latte and iced matcha latte were both refreshing and flavorful served by friendly and knowledgeable staff in a relaxed and eclectic environment right in the heart of Collingswood.

Parking: There is ample metered street parking, and both times I visited Revolution I was able to find parking within a block.

The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was inviting. But the coffee was disgusting and they didn't have a sugar and milk bar to fix it so I ended up throwing it out. I probably won't be back.

Really enjoyed our experience at Revolution Coffee Roasters. We ordered a half calf iced latte and a decaf iced latte. I enjoyed the decaf latte so much that I ran back in to buy a bag of beans to take home. The decaf is a wonderful aromatic smooth blend, highly recommend!

The half calf was more bitter than we expected, but the service staff was super friendly and attentive!

Revolution is my favorite coffee shop. They coffee is great and there special drinks are even better. Right now the Roman mint iced coffee is the perfect summer coffee drink. Crushing it. Also the pastries *chefs kiss*
