Our bartender right before five o'clock was really good . When the other bartender came in there, shortly after 5 she takes her jacket off coughs in her hands. Doesn't wash her hands ,but proceeds to help the ppl @ the bar. She never said hello us only to the regulars . Now we sat in the dinning area and that waitress was ok she gets a 3. We felt rushed. She just really needs to be retrained again. There's too much to say in this message. Now we're speaking from experience servers and bartenders. Many years under our belts, 5 star restaurants, Mitchell star restaurants . I don't expect that top-notch, but I expect something similar, especially for your restaurant.. We would of dine more than apps ,but was turned off by service. Coconut shrimp Calamri , French onion soupclams were good, So was the sandwich .

Service was terrible. Waitress did not know what liquors were stocked at the bar. When asked what brands of rye are carried, the answer was, "We carry everything, what do you want?" I asked for Whistle Pig Rye, and the waitress later returned and stated that they do not carry it. She then asked what my next choice was. I asked her for a bar list, but they do not have one. I then asked her to ask the bar what brands they carry so as not to be going back and forth. She later returned and said they carry Bullit. I asked what other brands, and she said that the bartender said that's all they carry. Strike one. I ordered the ribeye and was told that they were out of ribeye. How does a steakhouse not have enough ribeye for a Saturday night? The manager can by later and explained that his supplier unexpectedly raised the price, so he didn't order any. Strike two. I ordered the porterhouse medium rare. The steak arrived and did have a nice taste. However, half the steak was a light pink, and the other half was on the way to well done. Strike three. I wanted a glass of Shiraz with the meal, but they don't carry it. Strike four. I wanted to try the apple pie for dessert, and, you guessed it, they were out. Strike five. Also, there was no water served or offered at the table until we asked for it. The water glasses that were on the table were dirty and sticky. Strike six. On the good side, the salad was very fresh. My wife ordered the grouper and said that it was very good. Overall, I would not return as the poor service and lack of attention to the stock made for a disappointing experience. It was definitely not worth the money we spent. Now that I have read your reply, I see why people post the things they do. You take NO ownership for your shortcomings and misstate facts. First of all, the glasses were dirty and sticky when we sat down and had to be replaced. You stated that your purveyor wanted to charge you $3.00 more per pound for the ribeye, so you didn't order it. Nothing was said about whether or not it was CAB. I never said the meat was delicious. As a matter of fact, I made no statements about the meat. You spoke primarly with my wife, not me and she said that her grouper was good, which I had stated in my initial review. The salads were also fresh, as I had previously stated. The first think you waitress told us was that you stock all kinds of rye. After multiple inquiries she then said that you only stock one brand of rye. Don't mislead your customers when asked a direct question. When I asked what brands you carry, she should know that you only carry one brand and relay that information, not make it like a scavenger hunt to get the correct answer. I also didn't mention in the initial review that we were charged twice for the one drink. It was corrected, but only after we reviewed the bill. She was the only person that waited on us and should review the bill before presenting it for payment. Nor did I say anything about the type of glass that a $17 Manhattan Up was served in. I stand by my review.Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

One of the worst steaks I have ever had, this places should not call themselves a steak house, the owner should revisit the service and the steaks, the service was extremely slow and terrible, I will never eat here againParking: The parking lot is a free for all no designated lines

Neighborhood steakhouse that does the basics well. I got the rib eye, medium rare. Seasoned simply and cooked perfectly. My husband got the cabernet demi with his filet, and it was also nicely done, very flavorful.
