The Colts Neck Stillhouse is the home of Muckleyes Spirits and they make some great spirits and have an amazing cocktail program as well.
This was my second visit and on my first visit a while back I had an amazing port cask aged rye which sadly the taster bottle behind the bar I tried was the only one left. This time they had no Rye Whiskey at all, and since I'm a Rye guy I had to knock them down a star for not having a favorite.
However everything else about the place is great, I had the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot which was expertly made and perfectly delicious. While my dad enjoyed Mischief Maker and my mom enjoyed the Tea Time served with a happy little rubber duck.
If you are in the area and enjoy a well crafted spirit or cocktail this place is a must visit.

Love coming here! However yesterday’s lemon actually was not made correctly and way too sweet and the Lemon grass was missing. I had brought friends there for first time and recommended the drink which no one liked. Very disappointed.In addition wanted to buy a few bottles of bourbon cream for Christmas gifts, which is awesome, and they were out of it? Left to go to Colts Neck pub up the road and got a better well made drink.

Went on a Saturday. The drinks were great as always, but they were playing some awful club music. And the bartenders are not freindly.

The place has a nice feel. My drink was pretty good. A little sweet but not bad. However, I don’t know if it was because we were a bigger group, but the employees were snippy with us. We asked to close out and the bartender slammed all four of our cards down with the receipt and walked away. We probably spent about $200 collectively with them. I get being frustrated it I’ve worked in retail. Keep your calm. It’s not like we were belligerent or loud. It’s just there were a lot of us.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been here multiple times, and it’s never disappointing. Great drinks. Good atmosphere. Awesome and friendly bartenders. It's an excellent place to hang out with some friends. I with their parking lot was a bit bigger because every time we come it’s full, but otherwise no other complains.

Not a complaint, but because of their friendly and knowledgeable staff, what was supposed to be a flight tasting, ended up with me leaving with three bottles of MuckleyEye spirits. The Gin and Espresso Martini were well received as gifts. The Bourbon was top notch?, I'll be sure to stock up on my next visit.
