The bartenders were legit so nice and knew their stuff. The guy hooked my dog up with a bowl of water and even washed it before which was honestly the sweetest thing ever. It would be better if food was available! Great spot, great drinks, dog-friendly as heck. Will be back for sure!

The Colts Neck Stillhouse is the home of Muckleyes Spirits and they make some great spirits and have an amazing cocktail program as well.
This was my second visit and on my first visit a while back I had an amazing port cask aged rye which sadly the taster bottle behind the bar I tried was the only one left. This time they had no Rye Whiskey at all, and since I'm a Rye guy I had to knock them down a star for not having a favorite.
However everything else about the place is great, I had the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot which was expertly made and perfectly delicious. While my dad enjoyed Mischief Maker and my mom enjoyed the Tea Time served with a happy little rubber duck.
If you are in the area and enjoy a well crafted spirit or cocktail this place is a must visit.
Love coming here! However yesterday’s lemon actually was not made correctly and way too sweet and the Lemon grass was missing. I had brought friends there for first time and recommended the drink which no one liked. Very disappointed.In addition wanted to buy a few bottles of bourbon cream for Christmas gifts, which is awesome, and they were out of it? Left to go to Colts Neck pub up the road and got a better well made drink.

The place has a nice feel. My drink was pretty good. A little sweet but not bad. However, I don’t know if it was because we were a bigger group, but the employees were snippy with us. We asked to close out and the bartender slammed all four of our cards down with the receipt and walked away. We probably spent about $200 collectively with them. I get being frustrated it I’ve worked in retail. Keep your calm. It’s not like we were belligerent or loud. It’s just there were a lot of us.
