Stopped in to grab some takeout for lunch while up in the Colts Neck area. The guy that took my order wasn't too friendly but he wasn't rude either. He didn't smile and wasn't very welcoming. Just kind of asked what I wanted with a very straight face. The establishment was very cold so I wouldn't recommend eating inside either. I went with the general tsos chicken combo with fried rice and an egg roll. The first thing I noticed when I got my food is how bright and fresh everything looked. The broccoli was bright green and crisp. The chicken had a bright red tinge to it and the fried rice was a vibrant yellow. Kind of looked like Spanish rice. The flavor of the general tsos sauce was one of the best I've ever had from a Chinese takeout spot. I would definitely recommend checking out this spot if you're in the mood for some quick Chinese.

Their food is not oily. It doesn't taste like old oil. The only way I can describe the food is that it tastes clean. I don't usually eat fried rice, but when I tried theirs, I loved it. highly recommend place. I didn't feel bloated and sluggish after.

This place deserves more love. The dumplings were amazing and juicy. It’s obviously not going to the best Chinese you’ve ever had but it’s really good for a local spot in Colts Neck. Most of these negative reviews are for their customer service which Asians don’t really care as much about (coming from an Asian). If the rating of an Asian restaurant is between 2.8- 4 stars, the place is yummy. Anything over 4.7 stars = unauthentic.

We recently moved to Colts neck and decided to try Chinese takeout around our area and saw a couple reviews on how certain things were really good. I was very disappointed in this place. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and got maybe three pieces of shrimp in the whole entire container. I was so disappointed with everything I ordered I will not be ordering from this place ever again

Lucky to have Han Jiang as our local Chinese spot. The steamed pork dumplings, Mongolian beef, and General Tso chicken are all great. Looking forward to trying more from here!
