“The Colts Neck Stillhouse is the home of Muckleyes Spirits and they make some great spirits and have an amazing cocktail program as well.

This was my second visit and on my first visit a while back I had an amazing port cask aged rye which sadly the taster bottle behind the bar I tried was the only one left. This time they had no Rye Whiskey at all, and since I'm a Rye guy I had to knock them down a star for not having a favorite.

However everything else about the place is great, I had the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot which was expertly made and perfectly delicious. While my dad enjoyed Mischief Maker and my mom enjoyed the Tea Time served with a happy little rubber duck.

If you are in the area and enjoy a well crafted spirit or cocktail this place is a must visit.“

“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. “We were looking for a vegan restaurant to stop at about halfway through a drive from Bergen County to a shore point and found this place on Happy Cow. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were large. We ordered the mac & cheese with coconut bacon and the Reuben sandwich. Although we were full we ordered two desserts to go because they looked so delicious . We ate them later on at home and they were delicious as well! We got the slutty brownie and the chocolate chip cookie. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.“

“Three of us had a wonderful dine-in experience at Koy Grill Marlboro/Morganville enjoying authentic Turkish/Mediterranean flavors and attentive service. From the moment we opened the door at 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening, we were greeted by a hostess who genuinely welcomed us to the restaurant. When we were seated, a pretty glass bottle of cold water was brought to our table, along with seasoned fresh/homemade Turkish bread and olive tapenade. The dinnerware and utensils were clean and tightly wrapped in napkin. Waiter and hostess (Ali and Olivia) introduced themselves. New to restaurant, I was given ample time to review menu. Both Ali (in training) and Olivia were very patient with my many menu questions. Needless to say, Ali and Olivia were spot on. We ordered multiple appetizers - shepherd salad, hummus + pita, crispy feta in phyllo rolls, and lentil soup. For dinner we had chicken shish, lamb adana, and lamb gyro + pita that I opted to top with grilled mushrooms and hot pepper. The online photos did not do the dishes any justice. I should have taken my camera out to share how plentiful the dishes were when served and how perfectly grilled the meats were, too! The food had delicious seasoning - that did not repeat afterwards. We took leftovers home and will enjoy lunch the next day. We each had desserts, too, that were served in glassware. One pistachio/gelato and two hazelnut/chocolate flute - both as pictured on menu. We were offered to take glassware home with us afterwards, but forgot to take with us while we focused on remembering to take our bagged leftovers. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable, unplanned Sunday evening dinner. Aside from the freshly cooked delicious food and desserts, it was one of the most pleasant interactions with restaurant staff that I can remember in a long time. “it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. And sorry, no photo because it was eaten before I wrote this! Yum!“

“Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.“

“1st time! Delicious food! We had the Vegetable Samosa and Tandoori Chicken Tikka for starters! Both were fabulous tasting, the Samosa had a nice spice to it, and the sizzling Tikka was just perfect! I had a Chicken Kadai and the wife had Chicken Badami Korma. Both delicious and even though I enjoy heat, these two dishes were mild and absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the great flavors! I highly recommended! And the prices are very reasonable! Will be back!“

“We highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. We have frequented this establishment with our immediate family of 12 for birthdays, celebrations, and more! The environment is warm and inviting through its modern decor, enjoyable music, lighting, and seating. Tables are covered with white clothes and seating is comfortable whether inside or out. The location is well maintained and clean. The pricing is average for fine dining. The entire staff is exceptional. We enjoy all pleasantries with the staff members. It is evident that care is placed in choosing the staff. Each is professional, personable, and thorough. They make us feel like VIP every time we go, especially when John N. is our server. John N. is extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of this establishment. We have severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. John N. illustrates such compassion towards us. He is diligent in keeping us safe, and keeps open communication with the chef when we are present. He is so kind and fun, too, in such a way that he feels like a family member. While eating at Patricia's it feels as if we are transported to a family dinner in Italy. “Every time I have eaten at Tandoor India, I have Fully & thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
All dishes I have tried have been Great - delicious & Satisfying. I choose from the Vegetarian & gluten-free options. I eat Vegan and anything can be made without dairy as well.. Happy Every Time!!
This most recent visit I loved the Chana Saag (chickpeas with spinach & spices) Mild and had the Best papadam (gf cracker flatbread). The couple who has created & runs this North Indian style restaurant are truly welcoming, lovely, kind, considerate, and give the absolute best service! “No Veteran or Senior Discounts. Food Superb. We had the Tom Yum soup with Shrimp (3 good sized).made as hot as we wanted. Crispy Duck-Ped Tamarind-perfect. Siam special noodle plate with Calamari, as hot as we wanted, top notch. New owner was very Friendly. Served an extra(no charge) bowl for sharing the Soup. As good as served in Thailand, very authentic. Will go back.“

“A must when in Monmouth County. Thin, pastry like crust that has the perfect crisp, antipasta chopped or not, New England clam chowder to rival Boston. It is always busy and filled with both regulars and Bennies, anyone who manages to find this hidden gem along the Route 35 bridge by Belmar, will keep coming back. If you're bold, take their t-shirt challenge and eat an XL Pie to go home with pride.“

“Visited on a family vacation, asked the young ladies behind the counter what was fun to do around the area. They went above and beyond naming me places and their addresses to attend on my visit. “I hate to say this, but the last two times we went here the service was slow. Very slow. To be clear, the wait staff was not the issue and they were very apologetic. No, both times the kitchen was super slow. In one instance, we sat down at 6:00 p.m. and did not eat until 8:00 p.m. Food is still excellent but they need to do something about what's happening in the kitchen.“
