Customers have thoroughly enjoyed the food, from the homemade bread to the quality aged meats. The margherita pizza and chicken parmesan have received high praise, while the La Zozzona pasta dish has disappointed some, raising concerns about portion size and flavor balance. New items like the penne with broccoli rabe and sausage have also been well-received. The Sunday Gravy has been described as reminiscent of Italy, with whole tomatoes from Naples and prime meats from the Bronx. Overall, the food is considered delicious, and the staff is friendly and personable, making it one of the best dining experiences of the summer.
