I went to the auntie Anne’s in aviation mall in Queensbury, NY and was so disappointed. While normally this is an awesome treat for me and my kids it was actually pretty gross. The pretzels were dry and the cinnamon did not stick which means they were not dipped in butter. There was way too much cinnamon in the cup. They had burnt product in the case. My daughter got a frozen mixer and they put all of the syrup on the bottom of the cup so I had to suck it all up through a straw and try and mix it myself. Not coming back to this location again. That’s for sure. I worked here for a short time so I know how everything is supposed to be made and this was not it.

I ordered online just for the store to be closed. Got charged for it. The website never said the store was close. Drove all the way there and the doors were locked. Filed a complaint online and heard nothing. Also haven’t heard from the store either. I called the company and the lady was rude and told me to call my bank. And that she couldn’t do anything about it. I would like my money back for the pretzel I never got. And I would like a compensation for all the crap I’ve had to go through. It’s been well over a week

i used to work for them and honestly i quit the next day they were so rude and unprofessional they embarrassed me infront of a whole line of customers and by the way it was the hiring manager who made me feel worthless and like a piece of p*** especially at my other work place i will not give them the time of day and i still want to contact corprate and explain everything i hate this place with all my guts ive even seen the staff take the old food and serve it to people hard and everything its gross tbey let everything sit they are not clean nor sanitized they are the absolute worst

BEWARE CUSTOMERS: I was sold burnt & old Mini Pretzel Dogs yesterday at Auntie Anne's at the Woodlands Mall. The 6 burnt pretzels were strategically placed at the bottom of the container. My wife and I felt cheated.

Nothing to do Auntie Anne's in the United States than in México. The SAUSAGES they use in Mexico are the most CHEAP and they are much smaller. The FLAVOR IS BAD beside they are very expensive for what they give.

I have ordered plenty of time from Auntie Annes in person and had never had a problem with my orders but recently with ordering online and having it delivered my order is either messed up or they forget my drink and have no way of getting my money back.

Just tried to use my BOGO at the Marley Station Mall location. They don’t close for 3 more hours... He first of all said no more cinnamon pretzels and didn’t even try to make anymore and then couldn’t scan my code and gave up on us... so we left and I lost my BOGO

went there to get some pretzels and pretzel dogs everything was burnt and the cheese was 2 months old and the people behind the counter were very rude did not care did not even offer to give me my money back or anyting customer service is horrible would never ever go back ever again and it was the general manager running the show very very rude

Most ridiculous Service I’ve had in my life I am not a complainer and I do not usually make post like this but today was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in the history of customer service and I’ve been living in my skin for 30+ years and I’ve never ever ever dealt with anything so disgusting in my life
