This place has the absolute worst service of any Chick-fil-A's that I've ever been to. They are so slow to take order and fulfill them. If you plan to stop. Plan to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for your food. I really hope corporate does something about this location.

a reduced menu from a full-sized chick-fil-a. very slow, rude, and unenthusiastic employees — clearly understaffed and undertrained. incredibly long line. my food came out both cold, and stale. i suggest driving somewhere else instead of stopping in here.

Waited for 10 mins in line, and in that time span they took only 2 people's orders. In that time frame, five other parties were still waiting for their food and only 1-2 people got their food. I just left at that point out I was going to be waiting for 25-30 minutes before I got my food.

Ate here while on a road trip, by far the worst CFA I've ever been to. The girl at the register had a huge attitude from the drop. She needs some therapy or a new job, she looked miserable and didn't exactly exemplify that awesome customer service CFA likes to have. Normally employees at these places say "my pleasure" when you say thank you (I don't love that they make them do that, but it's a policy), this one will just glare at you like you insulted her.
The food was fine, but it took forever to come out. Nothing to report there. Just such bad customer service that I had to mention it.

So unbelievably rude. Worker is just sitting in the chair on her phone. Sees me at the counter because I am picking up an order. And yes I tried to use the self serve kiosk and it said order not found. So sorry for bothering you when you literally are being paid to serve and can't be bothered. They really hire anyone these days.

We were out this way again and stopped for something to eat on the road. They gave us chicken that was cooked in burnt oil it was horrible. This store needs some real supervision
