This is one of the worst chick fil as i've ever been to. Like alwayus the food was good but it took 15 minutes to be able to order, they didn't take online orders, the didn't take gift cards and after I ordered it took another 20 minutes to get the food. They don't have a lot of menu items that other chick fil as have as well. The staff wasn't overly helpful but the woman who was giving out finished orders was very friendly and helpful. It was anot a great experience.

the girl at the register was so rude, she did not get my order right and was extremely condescending when I wanted to confirm is that was my order on the counter, I only wanted to confirm because it did not look like what I ordered. none of the staff had hair nets and the lemonade on the machine was all pulp. I’m confused as to why the service was bad because it was not busy. I understand it’s new year’s eve but you don’t have to be rude when I was not rude to you and was just trying to get my order right!

We had lunch here on our way from NYC to Syracuse. There was a long wait for our order as other eateries in this location were closed and everybody was getting food from this Chick-fil-A. Anyway, the food was good.
The WORST chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Rude, annoyed workers, service is exceptionally slow, waited over ten mins for food- not fast food what so ever. Does not live up to what chick-fil-as standards are.

Unfortunately this store does not meet up to what one might expect from Chick Fil A in general. It could be that it is a licensed location in a travel plaza or it could be poor management. While passing through the area, we were disappointed in the both the service and price. Three of the five meals in our order were wrong, and while the back staff resolved it, it took extra time. After we thought $75 was steep for what we got, we rebuilt our order in the app as if we were getting it from a stand alone store fifteen miles down the road and there the same food would have only been $52. Lower your expectations, and you won't be disappointed.

The grilled chicken in the kids meal seemed old and there were flakes of burnt residue all over it. Waffle fries were good at least.
