No one in this restaurant is using gloves!!!!!! I can see in the kitchen and no one in there is using gloves either!!!!!! I've never seen this before in any other one of their restaurants!!
3 breakfast sandwiches took 15+ minutes to make. Watched as another couple walked up to the counter, waited a few minutes and then walk away after being ignored by the staff here, who were all on their phones.

I normally go to McDonald's for breakfast but this particular morning there was a bus load of foreigners and new Yorkers walking in. I said nope im gonna go and try chick fil a for once..and that was it one and done for breakfast there..I got the sausage egg and cheese muffin meal deal. Well it wasn't a deal.. the sandwich was so dry I had a hard time swallowing.. it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese..I don't know what kind of cheese they use but it tasted like chedder.. the sausage patty looked like a small hamburger didn't even taste like sausage the hottest thing was the hash browns..its almost like they were making them just to make them..very disappointed..never again

Worst chick fill a I have been to, their sandwiches are dry and employees kinda lost so you have to remind them when they missing something in your order. They probably paid not so good thus no motivation. Greedy corporations.
We had a really terrible experience with the staff here, which is unusual for the business in general. We understood it was busy and much was unavailable, but the woman taking our order was very rude and rushed which led to some of our food being missing and then cold.

It’s terrible that these young adults have to work the way they work because the company won’t hire or have lack of employees. Here it shows the employees are over worked have to rush to get orders out especially for people who are anxiously waiting on their food be it in the drive through or in the cafe area. These employees kept their cool despite being in a busy , under staffed store . The sand-which was definitely great but the fries were not fresh and almost cold . I almost didn’t get my drink because they are so busy that it’s understandable that they could or forget something trying to hurry because you have hungry people hair staring at you . I believe the employer needs to get more staff or work your schedule better so that employees are not over worked .

Hope was taking our order and I was DISGUSTED.
we came in 8 minutes before close. I had NO expectations and completely understood the possibility of them already being closed.
Hope took 4 orders before mine, and then continued to tell me with a nasty sarcastic smile on her face that she can’t help me because the kitchen is closed. When I said ok and walked away, she continued to mimic herself repeating loudly over and over “the kitchen is closed no more orders” for about 5 minutes straight. She pranced around the kitchen in front of us along with 5 other customers, all of which asked us what her mood was for, and repeating to her coworkers “sorry no more food the kitchens closed.”
I’ve never been so disgusted with the way a worker has acted before this. And everyone around us would agree.
A simple “I’m sorry we closed up the kitchen” would have set me straight because again, I completely understood how late it was.
The walking around and proudly making comments was insanely unprofessional and I will NOT be back.

Had a great experience at this location
We were driving home to Canada on our way home from a week in NYC and needed to stock up on our chic fil a sauce and bbq sauce. Big thanks to Myasia for making it happen! This location is lucky to have such a cheerful kind staff member.

Check and double check your order because they just might not give you everything. If you go back after you figure out that you didn’t get everything they still mess it up by giving you something just not what you ordered so keep your eyes peeled open everything and look at it
