This is one of the worst chick fil as i've ever been to. Like alwayus the food was good but it took 15 minutes to be able to order, they didn't take online orders, the didn't take gift cards and after I ordered it took another 20 minutes to get the food. They don't have a lot of menu items that other chick fil as have as well. The staff wasn't overly helpful but the woman who was giving out finished orders was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch here on our way from NYC to Syracuse. There was a long wait for our order as other eateries in this location were closed and everybody was getting food from this Chick-fil-A. Anyway, the food was good.
Unfortunately this store does not meet up to what one might expect from Chick Fil A in general. It could be that it is a licensed location in a travel plaza or it could be poor management. While passing through the area, we were disappointed in the both the service and price. Three of the five meals in our order were wrong, and while the back staff resolved it, it took extra time. After we thought $75 was steep for what we got, we rebuilt our order in the app as if we were getting...
