There was a snowstorm yesterday. There were literally no cars on the road today. No orders to process and still; order wrong and cold food. -Donna if you still own this place, ever consider getting it together so it doesnt suck? First time eating here in 10 years. Last time eating here.

Tables & drink fountain area were dirty. Floors needed to be swept. One of our burgers had no pickles on it so we asked for some pickles and we were rudely told that they needed to see the sandwich.

They have come a long way, previously like 2023 they were terrible however do to management change is the best , polite and very detailed, always get exactly what we ordered with a smile đ,, definitely avoid the Stroudsburg location,long lines and hardly speak English

Lady working the front was malicious and petty. Ordered on the app from the table fully expecting my food to be brought out to me on a tray as the other guests recieved. 30 minutes later I had still not received my food. Went up front and she points at the bag and says its right there and then admits to me that she saw me sitting 3 different times instead of bringing me the food. After arguing with me back and forth, getting her last word in they did remake it.

Incompetent lol I've never gone here and didn't have to park and wait for food through the drive thru. Ive even had to park for a coffee. Today they got our order wrong, then had us wait and forgot about it. We had to go in and remind.
The service here is completely unacceptable! After making four complaints and visiting the establishment four times, they finally managed to get my order rightâchicken strips. However, when I requested a vanilla shake, I was told ânoâ because the machine is out of order. This is simply ridiculous!

We tried this McDonaldâs on our way to PA, and ordered a Spicy McChicken and a latte. The food was okay, but the service was really disappointing. I had to wait a long time just for one McChicken, and when I asked for a Splenda with my latte, they completely forgot. Overall, very slow and careless service â definitely not impressed.
