Just stopped at the Starbucks with my daughters. The 2 young people working (a young man named Brandon and a young woman with short purple hair and a sweet personality) served us. They’re both a true asset because of how friendly and great they are at their jobs. I definitely will be coming back in not only for the good coffee but the terrific workers.

This is a sad little Starbucks. The employees aren’t happy. There’s no upbeat music playing. The employee who served us appeared as if they hadn’t showered for a few weeks. My Frappuccino was good. The store did not have the long straws required for a venti. It now floats inside my drink, and I’m unable to consume it. The employees here just do not care.

The employees today who were working were the most unhappy ,miserable employees. On top of that, they messed a very simple order up 2 times.

We frequently go to this location and they are constantly out of products. This has been a problem for many months now. We went twice this past weekend and they couldn’t make any Frappuccino drinks either day. How can this be such an ongoing issue? We drive 20 minutes to get to the store and walk away empty handed. If there is no improvement over the next two weeks you are losing our business

Everyone who works here is wonderful and always knows how to make your day. It can be pricey but that’s due to being in a travel plaza and the workers don’t control the prices. The workers are always smiling and will do what they can to make you happy. (:
I am extremely upset and with a lot of disgust I got a cockroach in a coffee I bought at the Starbucks located at 19 Simpson RdColumbia, NJ 07832 United States, I have vomited all afternoon and night and I have the video and witnesses of the fact, as will be the toilet they have in their stores...

Ordered a simple pikes place brew. Watched employee pour hot water into cup. Apparently they were out of the coffee, so she thought it would be okay to try to sell me a cup of hot water. Was annoyed when I asked for a refund.
