Lexylicious Ice Cream Cafe

Our first Lexylicious Ice cream was from the truck at an event in our town. The ice cream was good. A little too sweet for me, but still really good. My only problem was the size of the spoon. I'm not sure if there was an error. It was a truck & maybe the regular sized spoons were misplaced? But we were given a tasting spoon...for 2 scoops of ice cream. It was near impossible to eat, especially for someone who has difficulty with full sized spoons thanks to nerve issues with my hands. I don't want to leave a negative review but I would ask that the folks behind Lexylicious be a bit more mindful of people with some physical challenges. If the spoon size was a genuine mistake, totally understandable. But if it's a kitchy kind of cutsie thing-- give them nifty little pink spoons because it's cute. I'm telling you it's not. The ice cream is too expensive to be wasted by eensy spoons that make the whole point-- eating the ice cream before it melts-- virtually impossible. Had I known, I would've gotten only 1 scoop because by the time I got to the 2nd, it was soup. There also wasn't much variety. And the sandwich wasn't a sandwich. Just a scoop of icecream on a cookie. So more of a sandwich style sundae. Still decent ice cream.

Twice, when we visited the Columbus store, there wasn't a worker in sight. We had to shout to get someone to show and take our order. Owner needs to hire more than one person to work the counter if a co worker needs a bathroom break. This not good for business.

Lexylicious is such a cute little ice cream place in the heart of Columbus with a variety of flavors ranging from Classic Vanilla to Brown Sugar Peanut Butter pretzel.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer samples and help you find the perfect flavor combination.
Doesn’t hurt that it smells like freshly baked cookies as soon as you walk in!

I went into the store and it was very cold, it felt amazing. but i started to notice that things were not very clean. I looked past that and went to order. The young lady at the counter did not seem very pleasant. I think her name was vanessa.She told me that I could wait until she got off the phone. mind you, she was on the phone with a young lady on facetime. (not a business call or a customer) She also must have been hard of hearing because she kept asking me what i was saying until i had to practically yell it. The ice cream was good though. someone needs to fire that girl though.

This place is so cute and the ice cream is amazing! There was a nice range of flavors, toppings, and cones including pink and purple ones. The ice cream is sweet and creamy and the shop itself has so much charm.

I’ve attended 2 events here and both experiences exceeded my expectations. The Taylor Swift themed brunch was as much fun for myself as it was for my 3 and 5 year olds. Today I took the kids to the anniversary event. Free face painting and cotton candy. Bluey was there and again myself and the kids had a blast!The ice cream is incredible. The ice cream sandwiches are out of this world! The lavender honey latte was delicious! The staff members are polite and friendly.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just the nicest staff and delicious cookies. We gave them out for bring your child to work day and all the kids were raving about them. A few parents asked where I got them so they could get more. Just a great addition to a wonderful town! Wishing you and your business much success!!

My daughter and I had the most incredible experience at Lexylicious Ice Cream Cafe during their Taylor Swift brunch yesterday. From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a world of delight and joy.The ambiance was absolutely enchanting, with every corner beautifully adorned to create a magical atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor truly set the stage for a memorable experience.The staff at Lexylicious were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home from the very beginning. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a fantastic time.The food was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. My preteen daughter couldn't contain her excitement, and her smile spoke volumes. It's not often you find a place where the food is as exceptional as the ambiance, but Lexylicious exceeded all expectations.In summary, our visit to Lexylicious Ice Cream Cafe was nothing short of magical. We got the Ice cream sandwich cart for a birthday party and LOVED it! Fantastic experience. Kids loved it. Cookies for the sandwiches were clearly freshly made and so yummy. Ice Cream was also yummy, with delicious flavor choices. Service is friendly and booking was easy and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend!

This icecream shop is perfect. I never realized that I had anything that I needed or expected out of an icecream shop, but they nailed it! Aside from being adorably decorated with tons of options, they have special events for the kids. Themed events like Taylor Swift and Bluey, they know exactly what the kids want! There’s a park a short walk away if the weather is nice and you don’t want to stay. And they even have flavored coffee drinks if you’re too cold for icecream!

My daughters and I came to the shop tonight to enjoy the ice cream sandwiches. The shop was busy when we came in but we were more than happy to wait. While we waited, the male employee left, leaving the girl to complete the orders. Though you can tell she was overwhelmed, she served us with a smile and apologized for the wait. The ice cream sandwiches were delicious. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the mocha cookie dough but I will be back again to try the banana's foster.

We have been coming here since they have opened and I can honestly say that it is better every visit! They have the coolest ice cream flavors and treats, plenty of sitting areas and parking! It's kid and parent friendly which is my favorite part! There lots of cool art work and the staff is so friendly and patient even with my picky kiddo! We love Lexylicious!!
