We visited this ice cream shop recently, and while my wife was placing our order, I noticed several serious sanitation concerns:
The server used napkins that had been left on the counter for previous customers to handle the ice cream cone.
The ice cream scooper was being stored in an all-purpose sink instead of in a clean, designated container, which can easily contaminate the utensil.
When switching between flavors, the scooper was rinsed with water by hand, and the employee’s wet hand dripped directly over the ice cream while serving.
These practices raise major food safety concerns. I strongly urge management to take sanitation and handling practices more seriously to protect customers’ health. Regardless of tradition or background, proper food safety standards must be followed to prevent someone from getting sick.

The staff at Stoltzfus Bbq are about as nice as you'll ever meet in your life. They give you good food at a fair price. Those smoked turkey legs are to die for and I love the bbq chicken wings too.
Everything was delicious! There was so much to select from. I chose to get a BBQ wing platter with 2 sides which were Mac and cheese and roasted potatoes. The mac and cheese was just ok but I didn't expect it to be so much, it wasn't as cheesy it just takes like noodles with creamy cheese sauce and very wet in texture, but it was edible but I probably wouldn't get it again. The roasted potatoes were very good, exactly how it sounds. I also picked, a kielbasa, which was very good. A smoked turkey leg, delicious and juicy. A side of green beans, just tasted steamed or boiled a bit with maybe butter in it but it was just ok in my opinion, I liked the texture not the flavor as it wasn't much to it, just basic green beans. I also, picked a side order of wings, which I received the bbq and the plain smoked wings and my family and I enjoyed them, they were cooked just right and very juicy and the BBQ wings had a good smoky BBQ taste. That I would try again. But yhe lady who served me was very nice, friendly and professional, she was very helpful and patient as I really was amazed with such a huge selection. Everything was hot and fresh and they also gave me a large quantity. It was enough for I bought but lasted for 2 nights dinner. I also, got their fresh homemade Lemonade in a half gallon, that was delicious as well! I will definitely be back again! ?❤️

The ribs and chicken are both fantastic. Love the roasted potatoes as well. Be prepared for lines on Saturdays, though. The place is very popular.

My husband and I stopped by and had brisket and mac & cheese. It's always busy but today was a nice quiet day to sit down and enjoy our meal. The staff are very friendly.

my husband is a meat connoisseur. He was excited to try the brisket but said it tasted off. There was excessive fat and said it tasted like yesterday's meat. He threw about half a pound out after 2 bites. I've never seen this man trash a chunk of meat.
