It was tuff
I just want to shout out Kenny, we came here on a pit stop and my son has a ton of allergies and he patiently went through the list of common allergens in all the food items with me and gave service with a smile. The supervisor was lovely too!

It's a rest stop, yes. But it's Chick-fil-A and if you like chicken š it's the good stuff.
Food is what you expect, the good stuff.
It's a rest stop so it's big room cafeteria seating for all the restaurants. So you are eating with some rest characters. Understand.
It's a clean well maintained renovated not too far back rest stop.

This travel center is busy so I get that the service may not be as fast as other locations. But I would think due to slow service the employees would make up for that with providing good customer service. Boy was I wrong! This was the slowest, rudest Chick-fil-A Iāve ever been to. 2/10 would not recommend eat at Shake Shack or Panda Express instead.

Just a typical Chick-fil-A. Good food, good service, and a relatively clean place, just slightly difficult to find an open table suitable for all of us. Enjoyed the food as always, though.

This place doesnāt represent the Chic Fil A brand. I say Happy Saturday. She just looks at me lol. They donāt take the chic Fil A app. Why does a customer feel like theyāre being a burden on a service company that isnāt a need. You do understand people donāt have to spend their money here lmao. These employees are going make this location nonexistent.

had an extremely upsetting experience at Chick-fil-A due to the unprofessional and hostile behavior of an employee named Elizabeth Anderson. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was rude and dismissiveānot just toward me as a customer, but also toward her own manager and coworkers. Her attitude was aggressive and completely out of line for any customer service setting.
What shocked me the most was when she threw the bag of food at me instead of handing it to me properly. This behavior was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and frankly, humiliating. It made me feel unwelcome and disrespected in a place that usually prides itself on kindness and hospitality.
Even her manager and teammates seemed uncomfortable with her actions and tried to maintain professionalism despite her outbursts. I donāt know what caused her to act this way, but it was clear that she had no interest in doing her job with basic decency or respect.
I strongly urge Chick-fil-A management to address this issue immediately. No customer or coworker should ever be treated like this.
