Service is poor (even by northeastern standards) food wasn't great. The reduced hours give you even less reason to bother dealing with them.

I was starving, so I stopped here to grab a something, but apparently, even though this is a Chick-fil-A, they don't allow you to use the Chick-fil-A app. Completely ridiculous. ?

We stopped by at Molly Pitcher rest area while driving through New Jersey. The place is always crowded. We ordered chicken nuggets among other stuff, the nuggets were underdone. Fries were so so. You cannot scan your order for points as Chick fil A apps do not work there, we were told. This is the story of all the Chick fil A's in airports and travel plazas. They are not really full blooded Chick fil A's. What a shame! And yes, they are getting expensive, travel with a lunch box.

The wait for the food at 9 am on Saturday morning is outrageous!!! No line to take orders but 30 min wait for food
Slowest Chickfila ever. Employees didn't know what they were doing and they got our order wrong.

I had an awful experience here. It caused me extremely grief that I couldn't overcome. While me and my family and I were there, we ordered something off the breakfast menu, and we're happy. BUT when we ordered the sauces, the front lady wasn't very nice. We asked how many sauces we could get, which is a very normal question, and she responded in an extremely rude and sassy tone. "HOWEVER MANY YOU WANT!" Her tone shocked me, and in the end, we didn't even receive the sauce. I think of chickfila as a fast food restaurant that is full of bright and kind employees. People like that front lady shouldn't be a part of such a reputable good company.

Easy access from the HWY but pretty poor service for a CFA location. Disappointed, super long line took forever, employees weren’t utilizing the opportunity for the core four.

Probably the WORST chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Service was abysmal and terrible sweet tea (had no ice and tasted old).

I get that eating out is getting expensive, but this is nuts... almost $80 for lunch for two adults and two kids. One salad, one cool wrap, 30pc grilled nugs, and 4 small drinks. Something is fishy about the pricing here.
Two hours south we had a legit sit-down dinner with appetizers, 4 entrees, and dessert for only $20 more.
