The Cranbury Inn Reviews
Went for New Year's Eve dinner. Knew there was a limited menu (5 entrees) which are on their regular dinner menu but were extremely upcharged for NYE (e. g. Strip steak regularly $40.00 with soup or salad; tonight $59.00 with soup or salad. Tonight's price did include dessert but an extra $19.00?) The atmosphere of restaurant is great. Service was very good, and staff is friendly. Food was very good. My wife and I had the Turkey dinner and it was very good. Dessert was wonderful. Also tried a beer from a local brewery in Cape May that was on tap and enjoyed this as well. Look forward to coming back again.
First time here and the food was delicious. The waitress took time out to tell us about the history of the house and spooky tales . We would definitely venture back .

The Cranbury Inn is a quaint and historic restaurant with a varied menu, including excellent vegetarian options and delectable dishes like eggplant lasagna and bread pudding. The atmosphere is described as "rustic chic" with beautiful decor and Revolutionary War treatments. Customers appreciate the portraits of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin. The food is great, with excellent French Onion Soup and Prime Rib, and over-the-top desserts. The service is polite and attentive, and the inn is friendly to all who come in. They even had milk for a little girl. The whole dining experience was awesome, with a warm environment that might be a nice to take a date. The history behind the place is pretty cool and the things to look at are even better.
