I mean I wouldn’t go to this place and I never been near it. They were going to pay me money to write a positive review for this restaurant but wanted to take two days to send me literally 5$ for it. Very Sad honestly, they posted it on Craigslist which makes it worse

Horrible service and jacked up prices.

This place served sushi that was brown and well past it’s due date. Service is terrible. I have no idea how they lasted this long

The sushi here is very fresh and delicious, but…The service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. They should stick to take out only. I have never in my life been to a restaurant where the lights were broken and I was served dinner on plastic plates. How are they not embarrassed to serve food like this, I feel embarrassed serving food to guests on plastic plates in my home. Close the dining room and advertise as take out only if you are going to serve the public like this, and have some pride in your business as a restaurant owner. For $90 for 2 I expect to be served food on a regular plate.

Decent lunch special for good price, comes with salad AND soup. Call ahead for order, they're only open for takeout.
This is the second not great experience I've had here. The first time, I got the pork katsu. The pork was very dry and didn't have much flavor. I decided to give them a second chance and see if maybe it would be different this time. I called 3 times with no answer, despite them supposedly being open. I went there in person, I figured maybe they were on a lunch break or something. The door was locked when I got there, so I called, and they answered. Why lock the door if you're open? I waited 25 minutes for my food (I got the lunch teriyaki shrimp). It was supposed to come with soup and salad, and I didn't get either of those. The container for my food was so small. There were 5 shrimp (with the tail still on) and a couple pieces of broccoli, the container was literally the side of my hand. The sauce also leaked all over the place. There was a puddle of it in my bag, and I hadn't tipped the bag over at all. I had to get sodas because of the $15 card minimum, and they literally had 4 drink options, 2 of them being cans of coke. The sodas were also warm. Overall not a good experience, and I won't be coming back.

we ordered a few times from Lido regular menu, and it was very good! But today I'm giving 2 stars only. I'm not happy at all ! I ordered from the lunch menu ,and the size of sushi were micriscopical , I have never seen this sushi size in my life!!! also i was told that there is NO soup and NO salad even the menu says its included.
Very dark on the inside and they serve on single use plates and such but 10/10. Great food. Don’t let the atmosphere scare

They consistently do not pick up the phone. Had a large multiple party platter order, called 3 times and no response. Experience this very often where no one answers despite being open.
Horribly disappointed. Never returning.Dark & dingy. Lights were kept off the whole time we sat inside to have the meal. Served hot soup in Styrofoam containers. Gave clear plastic tiny container for soy sauce. Served sushi in thin paper plates. Gave plastic spoons.Thankfully chopsticks weren't plastic! And to top that off, server acted and spoke like she just woke up and didn't want to be there. As for the food: All rolls seemed to be on a diet, smallest I've ever seen!Spicy salmon roll (stale salmon, dried out rice, no flavor), avocado cucumber roll (decent), veg tempura roll (stale oil taste), shrimp tempura roll (fried in stale oil), miso soup (ok), clear soup(good). Why would a restaurant use styrofoam and plastic products for dine-in customers? Not only it is an automatic turn off but it is also extremely irresponsible for the environment.I truly feel sorry for those who have given more than 1 star. They need to explore other sushi places desperately to know what a GOOD sushi should taste like.I believe that because of its quaint location, If the right management takes over, there is potential. But till then, DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food is excellent. I think sushi is some of the best in the area. Atmosphere is good but feels like a take out place. Also food is served on disposable plates which is fine but changes the experience a bit. Service is friendly and prompt. Overall i recommend!
