The management team at this location demonstrated exceptional service during a recent financial challenge. When my new credit card was temporarily locked, preventing any payments, they graciously allowed me to have my lunch. While I subsequently contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and I intend to settle the payment promptly. I trust that corporate leadership will acknowledge the outstanding performance of this management team. Their assistance was greatly appreciated.
The Panda Express at the molly pitcher service area was exceptionally clean, making for a pleasant experience. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring that every customer felt welcomed. The overall atmosphere was quite efficient, with a swift and efficient service. The cleanliness of the service area was commendable, reflecting the dedication of the team. Overall, it was a delightful visit that left a lasting impression.
Food was great except for the small portions. Food wasn't labeled and I had a hard time ordering because they didn't understand me and I didn't understand them. It was very hard to ask a question.
