Watched the crew just give up when their system was down last night. Waited 30 minutes for a burger and a hotdog. All the food for 10 + people just sat there completely ready, but the shift just took zero responsibility and didn't even try finishing orders manually. Embarrassing to see.

When I received a cold chicken sandwich (with cheese that wasn't even slightly melted), I brought it back to an employee, who then asked the line cook to remake it. I could overhear them discussing my “illegitimate” complaint in Spanish, and I appreciated the manager stepping in quickly. He remade my entire order and even offered me a complimentary beverage as a gesture of goodwill. His attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
It’s refreshing to see such great customer service, and I left feeling valued and appreciated. Kudos to the manager!

I ordered the avocado bacon burger with fries, which totaled $16.93. The food came out quickly, and as soon as I got to my car, I dug in. Let me tell you, Shake Shack never disappoints when it comes to a solid burger on the go. It was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The fries were lightly salted and served piping hot—once you start, you won’t want to stop!

I'm a new customer for this branded establishment. I travel as a truck driver. I'm was not at all disappointed with a Double Smoky shack burger . Very good 😋... No fries or shake for me, so ? Got a coke and chips downstairs inside the tollway rest stop . Better burger than 5-Guys I think 🤔.

Visited on one of the pit stops on a weekend morning drive and the food was far from perfect. We got the veg quinoa burger and the crinkle cut fries with a hot coffee. The fries were clearly stale and reheated/refried in oil which gave it a super wierd taste. Will stick to shakes next time because that’s the only good thing on shake shack menu.
