On my way home from American Dream, I decided to stop here for a bite. I ordered through the kiosk, which I appreciated because it allowed the staff to focus on preparing the food. I’m a fan of kiosks, especially when the menu is limited, since it helps prevent indecisive customers from holding up the line or slowing down the process for others.
The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a typical food stop when traveling—convenient with multiple food options available.
I ordered the avocado bacon burger with fries, which totaled $16.93. The food came out quickly, and as soon as I got to my car, I dug in. Let me tell you, Shake Shack never disappoints when it comes to a solid burger on the go. It was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The fries were lightly salted and served piping hot—once you start, you won’t want to stop!

Visited on one of the pit stops on a weekend morning drive and the food was far from perfect. We got the veg quinoa burger and the crinkle cut fries with a hot coffee. The fries were clearly stale and reheated/refried in oil which gave it a super wierd taste. Will stick to shakes next time because that’s the only good thing on shake shack menu.

I feel like the quality of Shake Shack has gone down. The lettuce was all funky on my shack burger. The burger patty was decent but nothing stuck out to me about the burger. The fries with cheese sauce is a guilty pleasure. Shake Shack isn’t my top fast food spot and now that it has expanded so much the quality dropped.

Legit tied for the best shake shack I have ever been too which is surprising considering where this. I have been to shakes all over the country and I was genuinely impressed at the taste.
Closing 10-15 mins early is not a good look to a paying customer.

Awesome for being in a service area. Hamburgers are delicious. The buns are amazingly fresh. Fries are super crispy and with cheese....oh my!! The black and white shake is the best I've had.

The staff of millennial are incompetent I have pictures of my receipt and the root beer float I paid 29.00$ for a dble cheeseburger,cheese frys and the float which was only a 1/3 full and the ice cream melted all away, the float was 7.00$ itself. I should've taken the time to speaknto a manager and read name tags but being a truck driver I was in a hurry..there are other food option vendors and I'm positive would've been the better choice.but since ive never dined at shake shack before my 1st experience was very disappointing given the extravagant prices, I will not return and I will make it my life's mission to review it as often as i can if i can save just one family or person from having such a poor dining experience ..
