This was our third time here but possibly our last. All 3 of our entrees were very mediocre. Short rib was not tender, salad was not good. I felt bad for the services as they were only 2 in a very crowded restaurant

Calling all foodies!! What an amazing experience! .. The restaurant is located in an office park which seemed strange initially, but makes sense once inside. The water view is really nice, and they have great decor!
They offer a nice outdoor setup too that we look forward to checking out in the warmer months.
The food is spectacular & their brunch menu is in the process of being revamped... as much as I'll miss the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, I am looking forward to trying the chix & jalapeño waffles.... The other two in my party had the day's special, filet mignon w sweet potato mashed and blue cheese bacon brussel sprouts, which they both raved about. Zinna does an 8 course tasting menu the last Thurday of the month, how amazing is that without having to go into NYC?!
Not only was the food amazing and cooked to perfection, we had the best server, Connor, providing all kinds of background on different dishes and the restaurant's history, it was our first visit. His excitement & perspective made us feel as though he had an ownership stake in the business, he was wonderful! The right balance of attentiveness and being available without being bothersome throughout the meal & his insight to the menu can't be beat!
If you are considering trying Zinna, you should!! Two tips: don't look at their website when are even the slightest bit hungry, and make a reservation! This place gets busy. PS: Try the carrot cake!

We had lunch at Zinnas today for my great aunts 95th birthday. While the location is slightly unusual it is a stunning space and the view of the water is pleasant. Some of my relatives can be a little difficult at times and there was ten of us dining. The server was friendly and professional. He was able to take our orders efficiently amid my bickering Italian family. If you’re looking to dine in the Cranbury area I highly recommend you check this restaurant out.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to modify an entree for me to make it dairy free easily
Parking: Tons of spaces, well laid out parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: My grandmothers wheelchair fit with ease

Our first visit was fairly recent. The waitstaff was excellent; attentive, personable and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and comforting. Unfortunately, our food wasn't good. One of the two dishes we ordered had literally no taste, and the other was overcooked and hastily assembled. Mine was barely edible. In fairness, the couple we were with enjoyed their food, which they found to be palatable but not exceptional. We won't be returning. The people on the floor know how to care for their customers, but the kitchen needs some work.

First off, they charge a 3.38% credit card fee, a 6.00 bottle of mineral water, and a 5.00 per person fee to cut a cake that you bring. We weren't told about the water. I asked for a glass of water and they brought me the bottle instead of asking if I would prefer tap water. The arancini tasted nothing like the arancini you get in Italy served with a rich heavy cream sauce. The ceasar salad tasted nothing like a ceasar salad. The best meal was the drunkin chicken. The place was nice but got very noisy and you couldn't hear the people at your table. Our waitress was good but won't be returning.

Stupid restaurant policies that we cannot share food and have to order mains course as per number of people and also they refused to provide plates if we get the birthday cake from outside. Never seen such meaningless policies before.
Great food, Connor is the perfect waiter. The dining room is a bit noisy, but outdoor seating is great in season.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and came here for a nice quiet dinner after arriving. It's situated on a man-made lake in a corporate park and has a nice view. I liked the vibe and the service was good with a nice menu. My only complaint was that I find the portions to be a bit small for the price point and the food was a bit saltier than my personal preference.

A surprise restaurant in the middle of a corporate park. We had the pasta bolognese which was delicious, eggplant rollatini, and chicken francese. The flavor profiles were all on point and the presentation was excellent. Prices were reasonable, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was unique. Zinna's Bistro is the one restaurant of current time where we don't mind the bill. It's high end food without the stuffiness. Our waiter, Connor is kind and diligent. It was our second time with with him and he was just as amazing the second time.
