lady in the front was very disrespectful and rude,i couldn’t stop the machine from pouring to much ice cream and had to pay for my ice cream and the rest that wouldn’t stop from pouring out.She also said she saw on the camera but never came to help. never been too a frozen yogurt place that does that. Customer service was not good.

Shoutout to Kayasia. Apologies if I spelt that wrong but she said you pronounce her name Kay-Asia. Not only did she cut up strawberries when they were out but she went above and beyond and recommended an absolutely scrumptious combination of froyo flavors and toppings. Amazing!

Usually love this place. There’s usually a sweet Asian girl that works at the Cresskill location. Today I went with my husband and there was a worker we had never seen. They were out of strawberries which I wanted as a topping and when I asked if she could cut up some more she said no. I ended up not getting anything but my husband did. She had a nasty attitude and tossed his cup on the scale.

Byy is by far my favorite place!! Yogurt is always great and toppings are delicious! 100% recommend especially the cresskill location. Kai’asya was very helpful and welcoming.

I went this Saturday night at 8 pm. I go there very frequently and never had an issue. Tonight I got yogurt brought it home and was excited to eat it. I tasted it and had two others taste it. It was sour and bad yogurt. I called the store women talked to me then hung up the phone on me. I called back and she told me she’s the “manager” because she’s been there the longest. If she is she shouldn’t be. She was rude. Told me I had to come back in and pay for a whole other bowl of yogurt. I said I just spent 8 dollars and I have to spend more because your yogurt is bad?? She said you’re really complaining about 8 dollars. I work in the restaurant business when we mess up or something is bad we always remake and give them a new one. That was not the case. She yelled at me saying “you know what i’ll pay for your yogurt come in now”. Basically this store will not be getting my business and does not know how to handle customers.

I was also at Byy last night(saturday the 4) around 8 that time, me and my boyfriend came in for the first time and she got a phone call she politely asked her to give her a few seconds while we picked our flavors and we overheard that the cake batter might have been sour and since my bf got that flavor, we were scared his would be too. We watched her go check the machine and taste the flavor multiple times and we tasted ourselves and there seemed to be nothing wrong, my bf told her he got the same flavor and she told him to try it and it tasted great. She told the person on the phone that she apologized but she would not be able to give her a new one because there was nothing wrong with the machines, as she kept checking and making sure that everything is normal and told her if she wanted a new one she couldn’t give it for free but she would pay for it for the person on the phone . After the phone call she repeatedly apologized for making us wait and explained the situation to us. STOP TRYING TO SCAM SMALL BUSINESSES, they aren’t the same as resturants or big companies that can give something for free.
