This was my second time eating here, and it is definitely one of the best döners in New Jersey. They serve 'yaprak döner' which reminds me of the Black Sea (Karadeniz) style. However, I think the prices are quite high compared to their competitors. $17 for a döner wrap feels a bit expensive, but the quality is definitely there

I recently visited couple times this new Mediterranean restaurant and was truly impressed. I and my family already become regular. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and the comforting aromas of real mediterranean cuisine. Every dish we tried was full of authentic flavors — you can really taste the quality and care in the cooking.
The mezes were fresh and delicious, and the grilled meats were perfectly seasoned and tender. Make sure you leave room for dessert — everything we tried was beautifully prepared and a perfect finish to the meal.
A special mention to the friendly owner, who takes the time to greet guests personally and make everyone feel right at home. That level of warmth and hospitality truly sets this place apart.
Whether you’re a fan of Turkish food or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌

I ordered the takeout from the Grubhub for the “HOOP5” deal, and to my surprise, the calamari was the best thing I’ve ever had. Would recommend it.
Update: dined in on the Mom’s day, friendly staff, good atmosphere and very clean bathroom. love the bread and food. One of the best kabobs that I’ve ever had. Would definitely come back for their lunch special in the weekday.

I cannot begin to describe the incredible experience I had dining in at Chef Mediterranean. The manager Manu offered me a festive traditional Turkish drink. I truly felt as though I was taken care of throughout my dinner experience. In addition, the food was off the charts. The Meat was delicious, succulent , fresh, and cooked to perfection. If I could give 6 stars I would. This establishment is a gem for the community of Cresskill. Highly recommend dinning in or ordering out! Be sure to ask about their amazing deserts!

The chef special is amazing & you get to taste all of the best meats. I don’t know why the hours are saying closed because, I was there during the week. I know they are open Monday-Sunday 11:30-10pm every day. Definitely a must try!

STELLAR service and absolutely scrumptious food. It was a bit of a ride for me but I had a fantastic time here lingering over dinner. We ordered the mixed dips, then split two entrees- lamb kebabs and chicken skewers. Everything came out quickly and deliciously flavored with large portions. The different breads for the table were perfect for dipping and we couldn’t even finish those either! Still made space for the most mouth-watering baklava served in delicate diamonds. Loved it here and can’t wait to come back.

Recently visited for the first time prompted by my client's recommendation. Waitress was charming and the food was fresh and delicious. The lamb in cubes, which was a first for me, tasted better than steak. My fb urged me to try it and when I finally succumbed I found to be outstanding.
