Been there multiple times to eat inside but complete unprofessional speaking on the phone, I will not be back. Spend your money elsewhere. Look at the other low reviews, similar experiences and hasn't changed apparently.

I had a disappointing experience at Dante's recently when I went to pick up a takeout order. The staff was unprofessional and treated me very poorly, which really ruined what should have been a simple transaction.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted with a lack of acknowledgment—no "hello" or even a smile. After waiting for several minutes at the counter, I was finally told that my order wasn’t ready yet. No apology, just a cold response, which was frustrating because I had placed my order in advance and showed up on time.
It’s clear that the staff at this location need serious training in customer service, especially when it comes to handling takeout orders. The lack of courtesy and attention to detail was frustrating, and I won’t be returning. It's a shame because the food has potential, but with service like this, it's simply not worth the hassle.
I would advise others to be cautious when considering takeout from here as the staff maynot be courteous.

What an amazing dinner tonight at Dante’s in Cresskill. From the delicious calamari with hot honey and the tender veal picata. Of course the night wouldn’t be complete without bringing home a white pizza pie. Thanks for the great food.

We had Dante’s cater our Senior Night dinner for over 100 people, and the experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Despite making changes to the order about four times, the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food arrived on time, was affordable, and most importantly, absolutely delicious. Dante’s even went the extra mile by letting us borrow their pizza warming bags to ensure everything stayed hot. I highly recommend them for any event!
