I occasionally go to this Dunkin Donuts when I am in the area. Everyone is always helpful and courteous. The location is also ideal. Kudos to a very professional staff.

After few weeks of renovation, this DD has reopened recently. It has drive thru and in store ordering. We stopped by at evening hours. I was supposed to see their donuts fully stocked up at the late hours, usually other Dunkins run out of them by evening. The inside of the store was clean. Got our donuts in 30 seconds. Staff were friendly and happy. Will be visiting this DD more often now.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian breakfast and bakery options available

Very beautiful Dunkin. Although drive thru line is long the workers are always nice & helpful. I was served by a young man in the window named Anthony who was helpful, and the manager Justin is a great guy!Parking: Front spots were scarce but plenty behind the store. Don’t be lazy it’s not even a minute long walk.

This is a really good Dunkin. Even though there are so much traffic at that corner that all want coffee, service is always fast and quality is always good. Among the best of the franchise.
They people there are very nice. I'm not a fan of their iced coffee (its a premade jug of coffee concentrate, not brewed) but I loved their iced tea and bought it daily until a year ago they stopped carrying lemon for the tea. Who drinks iced tea without lemon? Maybe in the south they prefer just sweettea but this is the north east? How expensive is it to have lemon slices available or even lemon juice packets? Other DD in NJ have stopped carrying lemon. At first I kept one of those little plastic lemons in the car but in the summer it goes bad. I used to buy donuts when I went too. So now I save myself about $15-$40 a week by not going at all. Corporate's decision lost my business at all DDs. They are individually owned and the staff at Creskill are very nice. They aren't responsible for corporate decisions.

I have ordered mobile pick up twice and both times they messed up the orders. First time they gave me completely different sandwiches. Second time the drink order was wrong. Extremely frustrating.
