To whom it may concern, I am a student at Cresskill Middle School and a member of the Aerospace Engineering Club. We are in need of a sponsor for the American Rocketry Challenge to provide us funds. If you side with us, your club will be presented with publicity at the challenge, increasing your funds and fame. The entire nation will be aware that this little shop made it to the finals of a big time competiton, and whenever someone walks into your store, they will be aware of the success you made. Additionally, once we win the challenge, rocketry challenges across the globe will discover you and the fame you felt once, will be amplified throughout your entire life, increasing funds forevermore, and increasing your partnership with the rocketry field. Lastly, you are also helping out your local school, meaning the entire town will be in your debt and they will continue to buy sandwiches forevermore. Also, we can add fundraisers, if needed, and since Jersey Mike's is very popular, the amount of funds are sure to increase. Please side with the Aerospace team!

I waited 10 minutes to order my sandwhich as the person in front of me ordered 5 subs... When it was finally my turn to order, one of the back end workers told the staff to make my sandwhich at the same time as two other people behind me, which then took even more time. Also, they used a wrapping with a pen on it to wrap my sub, and the worker didnt even acknowledge their mistake. This is place is a disaster, and will never be going here again.

I highly do not recommend the cheesesteak, I can say that much. Nino's in Dumont is good though. He puts 4 slices of cheese on each side of the bread and then mixes the meat in with it. I watched this duo make a cheesesteak and then take 2 slices of refrigerated American and place it right on top of the meat. I'm afraid 2 slices won't cut it. I asked for extra and told them I like a lot of cheese and so they added a 3rd slice on it?!!!! Seriously?!!!! Very dry sandwich and definitely not quality. This place needs to go. Time for Capriotti's to step in here. A cheesesteak should have at least 6-7 slices for quality. 8-9 slices for extra cheese. I certainly don't mind paying for it, as long as it's quality. But this is far from quality. A lot of bad reviews on here and I don't see any offer to reciprocate any bad orders either. I go to Capriotti's all the time and had one bad experience. The next sandwich was on them, even though I never asked for that. Now that's good service....

Sandwich are so small for the price, barely any meat. Rather drive 5 min away to Roman Inn in Englewood, Their subs are huge!

Walked in to try and order a gluten free sub, but the workers used the same cloth to wipe the counter which had the bread on it to wipe the slicer. Never seen staff be this careless with cross contamination at any other location. Employees need support and retraining here big time.

This seems to be a common theme; Management! Get your act together, please!

No acknowledgment after ten minutes waiting while 2 employees stood largely with their backs to us making huge sandwiches apparently for a large group. No acknowledgment at all. They were aware of our presence, as I started chatting one up, but then continued to stand around for ten minutes. You lost our business- They finally acknowledged 2 customers who’d just arrived after 10 minutes, which was our breaking point. We went to the bagel shop across the street, instead. Ridiculous.

To the owner who only had two men on staff on Sunday, August 31, 2025. How do you expect to own a franchise and short staff your employees to the point where all 15 walk in customers were waiting from 2:40 pm and on. I was there at 2:37 before the 14 customers who walked in after me and I didn’t leave until 3:03. All those customers including online order customers were still there. One employee stopped in the chaos to then ring me up when only one sandwich was made and the other two items weren’t even on the grill. He kept stopping to take walk in orders and then there was a line as he couldn’t take every order,, slice meat and cheese, then make the sandwiches, ring up and in addition make and prepare the online orders.
We have a family franchise business ,and family works when short staffed or it’s that you want to save money and not hire enough people which will cost you in the long run! This is unacceptable for your customers and this isn’t the first time. Your staff is suffering while dealing with disgruntled customers! Please learn from your reviews and do something about it. Jersey Mike’s is a nice edition to Cresskill, but not if it’s poorly run.

I tried to give this location so many chances. Whether you mobile order ahead of time or go in person and actually order, be prepared to wait a long time. Disorganized and often understaffed.
