Just drive past this one and go to the one in Englewood you will have a better experience and get a better made sandwich. I was excited when I saw this was opening as it’s very close to where I live but every time I have been in here it’s not a good Jersey Mike’s experience. I am a true lover of the brand, been a member for over 4 years and have visited dozens of stores but this store does the brand in injustice. They don’t give you the correct amount of meat, they overload with lettuce to hide this and if you ask for anything specific it’s as if you are bothering them. I hate to leave this bad review and they only receive 2 stars because of the brand but this specific store is horrible. I will just take the 20 minute round trip ride to Englewood where I will get the experience from the brand I love.

I had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Creskill, NJ, and it was an outstanding experience. The sandwiches were fresh, well-prepared, and delicious, showcasing the quality ingredients used. The staff was friendly, providing excellent customer service that enhanced the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s location for anyone looking for a top-notch sub experience in Creskill. These people complaining don’t know service like I do. Whoever is running this place is doing a hell of a job. Give him a raise.

My son visited this location on12/13/2023 during his lunch break. He only bought two items soda and a bag of chips. They charged my son's $15.01 which was someone's order not my son's. I reached out to corporate to receive a refund. I got every excuse in the book from telling me the money was going to refunded to someone from this location was going to reach out to me. As of today i have yet to hear from anyone and they are refusing to make this right and to refund the money. My son is very disappointed because he really likes Jersey Mike’s. But after this we will not return as customers to any of their locations. This not good customer service at all. I have already emailed corporate several times and still till this day no type of refund has happened!!! I have been back and forth with pcr reviews with this matter for over a month. Since you are you refusing to make this right, I will begin the process of filing a dispute with my son's card to get the money back. Again, we will no longer be customers at any of locations after this.

We always get Jersey Mike at my job for lunch. We paid extra for double meat and it wasn't. We asked for jalapeños and there was no jalapeños. We asked for rosemary bread and it was regular bread. We couldn't go back to have to redone because it was our lunch break. The order was put online thinking there is no way they can mess this up. I urge all customers to check your sandwiches before leaving the store which is also ridiculous

One of the most discombobulated waitstaffs I've ever encountered. Everyone working there seems like they're under some sort of pressure-cooker... management must be breathing down their necks. The place is always so crowded and hectic... and wouldn't even be hospitable enough to sit down and eat at.Food quality: mediocre at best. Their hot subs are outrageously expensive and pack half the serving of meat that they should for what they charge. Tastes like pure grease and fat. Yuck! But... makes sense considering all their orders are prepared on one giant, rickety gas grill which I doubt is ever cleaned. The toppings bar selection for cold subs is basically just generic ingredients you can throw on any old sandwich. This company specializes in making crummy sandwiches that you could make at home better and cheaper! No store-made sides. No fries, dips, deli salads. LOL!Seriously, why bother going here? At least Panera, Cava, Sweetgreen, you name it... make an effort at offering an elevated palette. And considering that this franchise already has a bunch of locations in this locale as it is... why open up a new one?
