One of the best Turkish restaurant we’ve come across! Food was prepared to perfection with an in-depth flavor that we seldom experience. A sleek yet warm atmosphere and an attentive service, especially from the owner, puts this place on a pedestal! We will be coming back soon with a larger group of friends to introduce and share this wonderful restaurant!

Just had a wonderful and delicious lunch at Olive tree! The Olive tree salad, outstanding!! Lamb Kebab, stuffed grape leaves and shrimp casserole ,all were absolutely delicious!! we're going back to try more!! Highly recommend, and, the service was impeccable!!

While looking for a lunch spot near our home, found this new restaurant in Cresskill. It was opened a couple months ago. It still has it glossy new appearance. The restaurant is very pretty inside, filled with bright sunlight shining on the white interior.
The menu is short but has good variety of appetizers, entrees, desserts, sides and drinks. We started with the eggplant salad. A mashed eggplant dish that tasted okay to me. The grilled octopus was the best dish. It was cooked perfectly, but had lots of other veggies on the plate that didn’t seem appealing to me. For entree we got the Olive tree combination that included chicken gyro, lamb shish and adana kebab. Lamb shish was the best one out of the three, adana was good but little inconsistent from piece to piece, chicken was very dry inside, though it had nice seasoning. The pita on the plate and the complementary bread at the start l, both were excellent.
Our server was wonderful, had a nice service. Food came out within short time. Overall it was a decent lunch for us.
Vegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian appetizers, side dishes and desserts
Parking: Street parkings are in front of the store, the parking lot is little further behind the restaurant
