Order arrived more than 1 hour.Pizzas were COLD mozzarella sticks came cold, salad came soggy.Sodas never arrived. When called to ask about the soda - the answer was: yes, our fault but I’m not sending you a driver just for the drinks (that I paid for !!!!) and I’m not refunding you for that!!For years I ordered from Ray’s this is just unbelievable and disappointing)(Probably entitled teenager that her parents made her work there and get Educated about work/job and money.)For the owner: please do something about her because she makes you lose a lot of customers.

Tried this place in town recently. TERRIBLE customer service. Nothing went without an attitude and everything was overpriced, and the front-desk girl I found especially snarky (she was reading a book at a table in the seating area instead of helping out). Went home and the pizza was bland, not quality and fresh for what I was paying for. What a joke. You'd think smaller, local businesses would make more of an effort toward serving their communities considering all that's happened with lockdowns... Apparently that's not the case here. Never recommending, and will instead stick with Dante's down the block. They at least show care in what they do. LOL.

I ate a “special” pizza a day ago but the only thing that was special about it was that it gave me food poisoning or even a stomach bug for what i know.

Ordered pizza that was never delivered. When called to follow up, they had already closed. Oh I could give zero stars I would.

For $3.00 dollars just for a plain slice… I’d have to say that slice for that price is not justifiable… tasted like a school lunch pizza. Go up the street and eat at Dante’s.

Same pizza quality that you’ll find at Port Authority or 7-eleven. Ordered sausage pizza. Was given a plain slice with 3 little sausage pebbles on it. Mentioned I was surprised and without taking his eyes off his phone, the chubby white guy who sounds like Ray Romano goes “well, that’s how we make it”. Will never go back.

Great pizza. Good prices. Best mozzarella sticks I have ever eaten. Not sure but I think they may be handmade in house. I make my own but If I don't have the time, there is nowhere else I will order them from. And their marinara sauce is phenomenal. (I think they may use San Marzano tomatoes)

They use a rolling pin for their dough which is a big no no so the crust is more dense. Plus their cheese seems cheap. Seems like they cut corners therefore the pizza isn't good

What they have on the website for a pizza the ingredients but they put on. It is totally wrong. When you call to say something they don't help you out. I would not go there

“Rays has been disappointing lately. Their employee switching to work at dante’s (cross town rivals) exemplifies that perfectly. Also there is a depressed man at the counter. I hope he cheers up”- Andrew Koprowski
