It was disappointing. I ordered from chai pani and got the vindaloo with garlic nan. If you’ve had good Indian food before, you will wonder how that is considered a vindaloo. It’s considered spicy (2 jalapeño level) but if you actually eat spicy food, this is not it. It was so sweet, tasted like weird version of sweet teriyaki. The portions are nowhere near the promotional pictures and the garlic nan was plain pita bread. I also got banana pudding from magnolia bakery and it makes sense it’s factory packed but again disappointing in taste. If you’ve been to a Magnolia bakery store itself, you will know the difference. I’ve complained and they offered a $15 coupon on my next order which is nice so hence the 2 star but not sure if I’ll even use it because I’m expecting it to be disappointing.

I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned the quality of the food has drastically decreased since this location opened. When this location first opened everything I ordered from the cheeseburgers, to the steaks were hot and tasted very fresh. I have tried almost everything from the different restaurants. However, in the last few months, the food is cold every time I pick it up and almost every dish tastes as if it has been leftover for a few days and just reheated in a microwave. I ordered boneless chicken tenders from Mrs. D’s and the chicken was cold, dry and I ended up throwing them out because they tasted so old. The garlic naan was also cold and extremely soggy. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, the last time I ordered the brisket, it was full of fat, not at all like when I used to order this dish. I went from ordering here at least once a week in the beginning to almost never wanting to order from here again with it consistently being unappetizing…I am very sorry to say. ?

Terrible service. My order was on the shelf and the staff said it was not ready yet and then ran away inside, with no one left at the counter. I went to the inside and asked why they texted that the order was ready and the fellow inside said sometimes that happens because they are so busy. Staff had no interest in helping. Order was right out there in reach. A big waste of time and service could not have been worse. staff is not trained and not supervised.

The food they serve does not represent the restaurants they advertise. It can’t. Every piece of my brisket had chunks of fat on it. In addition, the loaded baked potato was over cooked and tiny. It had 8 small pieces of chives and 7 tiny pieces of bacon with a lip of sour cream. I do not consider that a “loaded baked potato. I doubt the restaurant they are representing would approve of what they served In addition, the portions are small and they ask a lot for their low quality food. I will not be going back. What a shame. Nobody there cares.
Ordered Mr Ds Chicken. 2nd time we tried this over the year and both times it was dry and lack good spice and flavor. Your better off with Kfc or Chicken delight believe it or not....they should pull this from their kitchen. On brighter note the DiFara Pizza was good.....but never ordering Mr D Chicken again....waste of money

The quality has gone downhill since this location opened - I have ordered 20+ times in the past few months; there is a slow but noticeable decline. This extends to both ingredients and preparation, but most specifically to preparation. If you subscribe to Wonder+ like I did they make it very difficult to unsubscribe, there is no unsubscribe button and instead you must contact support (see pic).

The Bobby Flay steaks were delicious and were cooked exactly how requested. The burrito and poke bowl were very fresh.
