Awful place to go. Order 3 drinks inside that took 20 mins. Did not get the drinks correct and when asked for the money back they refused. The lady working was so rude. Will never return

I used to work at this location for multiple years. Mind you I know how the store operates. But when the store manager who knows me personally looks me dead in the eyes and ignores my order. It’s kinda disrespectful. Why do I, the costumer have to reach behind a window and grab my own coffee. Isn’t that the job of the employee? Very disappointing because as I stated, I worked there and to be treated that way as a customer is disappointing. They need to do better with costumer service

I completely enjoyed my experience here. I enjoy the location and the peace and quiet and amazing people. They know how to make coffee here. Not like those other places where they're supposed to make you coffee but they just don't make it right. These guys make the coffee right. Great place to read your newspaper or use the wifi. It's nice to see the nice people and relax while drinking great coffee for the money you just paid. Well done 100%

Not sure what is going on. I spend money every day and when I order an eg and cheese wake-up wrap the cheese is always burnt and hard. I’m going to talk with the manager and get my point across. I cannot continue to spend money to throw food away.
