I highly recommend hunters tavern

Best ribeye anywhere. Chicken wings are great but last time I had them they were dry. I think cook boiled the wings so dry and no flavor. Hope this was a mistake.

We just ate there tonight and we were pretty shocked at the poor condition of the entire property, very rundown. Our server was nice though and she checked on us plenty of times. The wings were good(but are breaded) and were very fairly priced. Now the bad: The sodas were flat and the chicken parm had very little pasta. It did NOT come with any salad or bread. My Ruben was big and tasty but that too did NOT come with any chips or even a pickle. 3 stars is the best I can give.

Good bar food. Great drinks. Ambiance is what I like with artsy nature everywhere. Outdoor tables. I ate there. Didn't stay there.

The food is excellent Dave the Chef did an excellent job. You have to try the Seafood Pot the Angel hair pasta was perfectly cooked and for dessert definitely try the Zeppoles. This place is moderately priced and the service is excellent the waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a place to try. FYI Sinatra ate here back in the day.

This place was just as we were looking for! With a nice down-home lodge atmosphere, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked fine. A small fan would have been appreciated, though.The bar/ restaurant was great, the food was good with good portions, and the beer and drinks were cold and reasonably priced.

This review is for the restaurant in the motel. The food is mostly good but the service is probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced. My husband and I came here 3-4 times over the course of about 2 months. We’ve only been here for dinner and it’s always been 2 waitresses who also do the bar. It’s a small place though, so you’d think it’s enough, especially since there were never standing people at the bar - everyone was sitting comfortably, not overly crowded, but maybe they need more staff, I don’t know… Every time it took a long time to get our food. I’m pretty sure it took around 30-40 mins to get our food last night after we ordered. When we finally got our food it was soggy like it had been sitting for awhile after it was prepared. We ordered nachos and pizza. We will not be going back. I’m giving them 2 stars because the food was good the first few times, but the service was always too slow.
