I live right next door. Took me literally a minute in a half to get home. My fries were ice cold, rock hard and not even edible. All three orders. Very frustrating dealing with that especially after being stuck in the drive thru because monitor was broken and giving me wrong order at the window. After the renovation this place hasn’t been the same.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A last Saturday (01/11/2025 around 8.45pm.)and, unfortunately, my experience was not up to the usual standard. When I Checked my meal at home , I found a strand of hair in one of the Sandwich & Friut cup. This was incredibly off-putting and disappointing, as I’ve always considered Chick-fil-A to have high standards of cleanliness and quality. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it’s important for restaurants to maintain hygiene and ensure food safety. Please Staff need more attention for that.. im done eating Chick-fill-A .. no more…

How can they mess up such an order like a kids meal an a chicken sandwich? This is like the fourth time they mess up my order in the past three weeks. No more. There are other ones around.
We just went there, and the fries were burnt with no salt on them, the milkshakes were messy so it was hard to get them out of the container, and there were people driving all over the place in the drive thru line because they finished orders for people back in the line & not first in line. We've had problems with them ever since they remodeled their restaurant.
