The chicken fingers are small.
They should probably change their oil more frequently. The fries were cold.
The grilled nuggets were good. We asked for 2 different sauces. They don't give more than 1 condiment per menu item. The personnel was kind and nice about everything.

If you’re looking for the best Chick-fil-A, this is the one to go to!! The restaurant is so clean. The food is always served hot and with a smile. But more than anything, they are so family oriented and go above and beyond!!

Overall, the food was good. I ordered a spicy southwest salad. There was a long wait time despite ordering ahead via mobile. Staff were pleasant.

This place often serves chicken & they have those funny commercials with the cows. Don't ask them anymore than that though.

Service was great but the food wasn’t fresh tasted like it been sitting I order the chicken minis, couldn’t even finish all my food couldn’t taste the honey ontop of the bread , the bread was hard chicken nuggets wasn’t fresh . Just disappointed because it was my last $8 I spent until payday . Please serve fresh food because you never know it can be someone last.

I used to love eating at this chick -fil- A until I had mice shit in my sandwich smh I showed them and the manager looked nervous and said he will give me my money back in he apologized I was so sick to my stomach for a few days GROSS after that never ate there again 😭
Had the most craziest experience with chick fil a this morning. Pulled in the drive thru to order food. The server in the speaker stated very rudely I was in the mobile order line. Didn’t start the conversation off with any greeting. I stated I wasn’t aware I had pulled in that line. She rudely stated you will have to get out that line and we are unable to take your order. It was not busy at all. I do love chick fill a - but will not tolerate that kind of rudeness. I will be writing corporate about my experience. For management reading this- train the employees working drive through better. This could have easily been handled differently. But because it was not handled correctly, I have to inform the right people, along with a public review.

First off, no matter what Chic-fil-a I've EVER been to, service is always their top priority. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious. They give you whatever you ask for. If you wanted an extra sauce, they just gave it to you. Chic-fil-a is always my first choice with fast food. It's always worth the wait in line. I had barely any wait in line this time. They also now started a line for like Mobile orders. These are people who already pre-paid and probably have their food waiting and prepared. This way, they aren't sitting in the same line as the people placing orders. Genius idea!!!! I may venture into using that option next time!!!. It's nice that they prioritize their customers in always thinking of ways to make a customer's experience even better!

Giving it 2 stars because the wait time in drive thru is ridiculous. They closed the 2 drive thru lanes to make a lane for moble orders. Now there is only one drive thru lane if you didn't make a mobile order

Mobile order experience not convenient and very annoying. You have to wait for your order to be prepared once you get there, even if you click I'm at the restaurant the meal still isn't bagged and ready when you arrive. What's the point of mobile order if I have to wait???!!

Let me start by saying that this is not a reflection of the staff of this specific Chick-fil-A but more so on corporate for not having a better process for dealing with refunds. The lack of response on the previous bad reviews only tells me that Chick-fil-A could care less because they'll continue to make money off of their mistakes. Long story short, I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and never got it. I called back instead of turning around to get the sandwich to ask for a refund or some kind of credit in my app. Initially, the manager attempted to put a credit in my app but had to call back to let me know that he couldn't and that I needed to return to the store if I wanted a refund. Again, it's not his fault. He can only do so much. But shame on corporate for not having a better process. Not only was i inconvenienced by not getting the food I ordered, but then I was expected to be inconvenienced more to make the trip back out there? Which to and from was a total of a half hour trip. It shouldn't be that hard to either issue a refund to my card or to give some kind of compensation in my app. It's unacceptable business practices for a company that's makes millions of dollars a year. Be better.
Bought a spicy chicken meal Thursday in the afternoon, Dorrie took my order and her demeanor was discussing and egotistical, Ive worked in food management for 4+ years and to have the composure at your place of work is unacceptable, when I bought the matter up I was brushed off until I asked for the on duty manager, didn’t look in my eyes once said he'd have a conversation n gave me cookies… do not want to bash this location but my experience will be heard.
