Went here with my friend a few times over the years it was ok for what it was but then, things got worse the food was mediocre, and mostly filler but it was the only place that was close. The last time I went there with my friend we got our food and it was time to pay. I put the money on the table and the lady put the money in the cash register. She then walked away. She came back and I asked "I'd like my change please." The lady nodded and walked away I heard something that sounded like a drawer or something so I assumed my money would be brought to me. The lady came back and put a steak knife on the table. She then said " you don't tip, I will take change." At this point I was flabbergasted. The lady refused to give me my money. Ever since then I never returned to China One(Star). There are plenty of other options.

Had food delivered from here and it was NOT good at ALL!!! First of all the order was approximately $20 & they charged me a delivery fee, when the food arrived I paid for it plus a tip... When I tried the food it was horrible (shrimp fried rice, fried dumplings & a shrimp roll)...All of it!! Took a little bit of rice and ate it, put it back in the container, tried a dumpling, again no good..Took a bite of the shrimp roll, horrible!! So I called China One back and told them that the food was not good at all and that they needed to come back and pick their food up and return my money!! The woman told me that I would have to bring the food back myself, I explained to her that I did not have a vehicle and that I did not drive...She told me that they would have to charge me another delivery fee to come back and pick the food up... Crazy, right?!?!? Sooo...The same man who had delivered the food comes back and I give him the food, he then examines the food on my front porch and proceeds to tell me that because I had eaten some of the food (a spoon full of rice, one dumpling, and a bite of the shrimp roll) that he could not refund me the full amount that I had paid for the food...I argued with him and got nowhere...So basically he took the food back and gave me a ten dollar bill...he then argued with me because he wanted the paper take out menu that was stapled to the the bag that the food was delivered in & when I told him that he was not getting it back he tried to grab it out of my hands, needless to say he did not get it back because I wanted it as proof of my purchase and what I paid for and finally what I received back... So in the end I ended up paying $10 for alot of aggravation, horrible service and inedible food!!!!!!!!!! I would never order from here again if I were starving and it were the only place on earth that I could get something to eat... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

HORRIBLE I usually don't write reviews but I had to, the service, the food absolutely disgusting. How can you mess up fried shrimp and a egg roll. I eat all Chinese food. BUT I will NEVER eat here again. Don't waste your money

It's better then some places but it's gone downhill. Sweet and sour chicken isn't right and the sweet and sour sauce is now disgusting. Pork fried rice isn't good anymore, tasted real funny the last time I ordered. It's just not the same.
Very nasty place. The beef isn't the color it should be. And the chicken taste bad. Never will go back just makes us sick looking at it! So we go to the one in town very good place and tons of food for a good price.
