I literally don’t go to this location unless it’s last minute even though it’s 30 seconds from my house. The workers are rude and have an awful attitude. The food quality is lacking and the portion are entirely too small. I’ll keep going to the cinnaminson location because they actually are pleasant. I’m not surprised this location has terrible reviews

I’ll change this review to a 5 star if you guys fix the front door. That thing absolutely SLAMS shut every time somebody goes through it. It’s completely broken. During the time I ate my bowl I heard it slam like 10 times. The employees must be going out of their minds having to hear that 1000 times a shift.

Pretty good chipotle otherwise though.

I love Chipotle....but this one has some issues that I'm surprised management hasn't dealt with yet....I will not be going back to Delran Chipotle...maybe Mt Laurel but definitely not Delran

NEVER order an online order or pickup you ask for LIGHT rice they give you XTRA rice !! You pay for Queso and they give you NONE !! I’m sick of eating a bowl full or rice and nothing else smallest amount of chicken light veggies but too much sour cream !! It’s becoming annoying !! And disgusting! When you call they say there is nothing they can do and to call corporate! First thing they should do is hire people who can read !! It’s simple read the order that placed and provide me with what I pay for ! Not throw a bunch of scraps in a bowl and get it out the window but charge me almost 40$ !

Miscommunication. I ordered a beef bowl $10.95. As I was asked what toppings, when she asked me if I wanted chicken i said sure. I found out that I paid $4.50 for a spoonful their chicken which I thought was one of the bowl mix.
She should have told me up front that the chicken would be an additional $4.50
I feel that I was beat for the extra charge.

Not very friendly or helpful. I ask for a sample taste of one of the meats in case I wanted to order it on my next visit, that didn't happen. Next time for a early birthday lunch and shopping day with family and friend I will be choosing another establishment, this was my first time and I chose you. I will definitely try another establishment maybe in a different state to see if they practice the same type of service.

They were out of several items, and the employee carelessly slapped sour cream and black beans onto my food while it was dripping all over the bowl. I also asked for triple chicken, but it was clearly not the amount I received. I even had to tell her to clean up the mess on my bowl. This location really needs employees who pay more attention and take pride in their work. If I was you, go to burlington or cinnaminson

I eat here at least twice a week. There are always inconsistencies with my order or missing items. Today’s issue is my brown rice having an excessive amount of salt added to it. Deeming it inedible. Seems like it was added purposely.

@ketlyn or kat wtv the name she doesn't knows how to serve , i have got extra chicken bowl and they have charged $15 while they didn’t have veggies and she was adding everything like one tablespoon ,never come this place again . And I don’t want to give even one star but I don’t have a choice. Don’t go this place.i will tell each and everyone my close friends that don’t visits this place too , incident happened august 13th 9.30 p.m , either change the staff or close the locations, Burlington and Cinnaminson chipotle are far better

I’m honestly tired of going to Chipotle and leaving hungry. For the price they charge, the portions are getting smaller and smaller—like, are they rationing the rice now? I ask for double rice and it still looks like they gave me a scoop for a toddler.

And don’t even get me started on ingredients. Half the time, they’re out of something essential—no corn, no guac, no fajita veggies, no vinaigrette. It’s like playing roulette with your meal. You build your bowl in your head, get to the counter, and suddenly it’s “Sorry, we’re out of that.” Again.

Honestly, if you can’t stock the basics or give people enough food to feel satisfied, what are we paying for? Do better, Chipotle.
